【摘要】:采用熱重-紅外聯(lián)用(TG-FTIR)分析污泥與廢輪胎混合熱解特性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),污泥與廢輪胎混合熱解可彌補(bǔ)單污泥熱解存在的不足;隨著廢輪胎摻混比例增加,熱解特性指數(shù)逐漸增加(由8.54E-14增加到2.24E-12)。利用Coats-Redfern法研究熱解反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn),在第一階段(168~600℃),不同混合比例的樣品熱解過程適合的反應(yīng)級數(shù)不同;在第二階段(600~1 200℃),所有樣品的熱解均符合3級反應(yīng)規(guī)律。FTIR分析表明,熱解主要生成H_2O、CO_2、CO和CH_4等物質(zhì);其中CO在750℃之后的析出主要是由CO_2與焦炭的反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:TG-FTIR was used to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of sludge and waste tire. It was found that the mixed pyrolysis of sludge and waste tire could make up for the shortage of single sludge pyrolysis. The pyrolysis characteristic index increased gradually (from 8.54E-14 to 2.24E-12). The kinetics of pyrolysis was studied by Coats-Redfern method. It was found that in the first stage, the reaction order suitable for the pyrolysis process of samples with different mixing ratios was different. In the second stage, the pyrolysis of all samples conforms to the third-order reaction rule. FTIR analysis shows that the pyrolysis mainly produces H _ 2O-C _ 2CO _ (2) CO _ (2) and CH_4, in which CO precipitation after 750 鈩,
