【摘要】：霧霾污染實(shí)際上是一個產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和能源強(qiáng)度的問題。以天津市為例,在價值型投入產(chǎn)出表的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合利用能源平衡表等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),探討了編制混合型能源投入產(chǎn)出表的可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用結(jié)構(gòu)分解技術(shù)(SDA)分析了能源強(qiáng)度、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和最終需求變動對天津各行業(yè)能源消耗變動的影響效應(yīng)以及每個行業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)。最后,基于本文的分析結(jié)論,為天津市能源政策的調(diào)整和霧霾治理提出了一些具有針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Haze pollution is actually a problem of industrial structure and energy intensity. Taking Tianjin as an example, on the basis of the value input-output table, combined with the use of energy balance table and other related data, The feasibility of compiling the input-output table of mixed energy is discussed. On the basis of this, the energy intensity is analyzed by using the structural decomposition technique (SDA). The effect of technological progress and final demand change on energy consumption change in Tianjin and the contribution of each industry. Finally, based on the conclusion of this paper, For Tianjin energy policy adjustment and haze governance put forward some targeted policy recommendations.
