煤礦礦井水零排放處理技術(shù)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了解決我國西部大型煤炭基地生產(chǎn)過程中面臨的水資源緊缺及高礦化度礦井水零排放難題,對(duì)礦井水零排放工藝系統(tǒng)中的凈化處理、深度處理、濃縮處理及蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶處理單元進(jìn)行了技術(shù)研究與工程應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于溶解性總固體TDS質(zhì)量濃度≤5 000 mg/L的礦井水凈化處理采用混凝澄清過濾工藝,深度處理采用苦咸水反滲透(BWRO)工藝,濃縮處理采用BWRO+碟管反滲透(DTRO)工藝,蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶采用多效蒸發(fā)(MED)工藝具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。采用上述工藝系統(tǒng)處理TDS質(zhì)量濃度為1 900~2 400 mg/L的礦井水,濃縮處理后高濃鹽水TDS質(zhì)量濃度≥90 000 mg/L,系統(tǒng)回收率≥96.5%,最終出水TDS質(zhì)量濃度≤300 mg/L;蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶單元分離出硫酸鈉和氯化鈉,滿足工業(yè)鹽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,可作為化工原料利用;全系統(tǒng)綜合運(yùn)行費(fèi)用約為7.89元/t水;整個(gè)工藝運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,對(duì)水質(zhì)變化耐受性好,處理效果佳。
