含鉻有序介孔硅對揮發(fā)性有機污染物的吸附性能研究

【摘要】:揮發(fā)性有機化合物(VOCs)是天然氣開采和利用的過程中排放到大氣中的主要污染物,需要對其進行處理。吸附法因具有費用低、能耗低、設備靈活等優(yōu)點,故在實際生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應用。然而常用的吸附劑——活性炭和硅基分子篩都存在著易堵塞、有自燃風險、再生困難等明顯的缺點,致使其應用受到限制。為此,采用共組裝方法合成了一種含鉻有序介孔硅材料作為新型吸附劑,并利用小角X射線散射、氮氣吸附/脫附、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡等表征手段,對該新材料的結構進行表征。進而以甲苯、苯、環(huán)己烷、乙酸乙酯作為揮發(fā)性有機物污染物目標污染物,系統(tǒng)地考察了其對污染物的吸附性能。研究結果表明:①當硅鉻比為30時,合成的Cr SBA-15(30)具有最大的微孔孔容;②Cr SBA-15(30)對甲苯、苯、環(huán)己烷、乙酸乙酯等4種污染物的吸附性能均良好;③Cr SBA-15(30)的再生比活性炭的再生更加節(jié)約能源且操作簡單。結論認為:Cr SBA-15(30)在吸附去除VOCs領域具有較為廣闊的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the main pollutants released into the atmosphere during the exploitation and utilization of natural gas, which need to be treated. Because of the advantages of flexible equipment, it has been widely used in practical production. However, the commonly used adsorbents-activated carbon and silicon-based molecular sieves have obvious shortcomings such as easy clogging, spontaneous combustion risk, difficult regeneration and so on. Therefore, an ordered mesoporous silicon containing chromium was synthesized by co-assembly method as a new adsorbent, and small angle X-ray scattering, nitrogen adsorption / desorption, scanning electron microscopy were used. The structure of the new material was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, and toluene, benzene, cyclohexane and ethyl acetate were used as the target pollutants of volatile organic pollutants. The adsorption properties of the synthesized Cr SBA-15 / 30) were investigated systematically. The results show that the synthesized Cr SBA-15 / 30) has the largest micropore volume when the ratio of Si to Cr is 30. 2Cr SBA-15 / 30) has good adsorption properties for toluene, benzene, cyclohexane and ethyl acetate. The regeneration of 3Cr SBA-15 (30) is more energy efficient and easier to operate than that of activated carbon. It has a broad application prospect in the field of adsorption and removal of VOCs.
