【摘要】:本文回顧了環(huán)境流評(píng)價(jià)方法從簡單的水文公式到水文變化生態(tài)限度方法(ELOHA)的發(fā)展歷程。討論了環(huán)境流的理論要點(diǎn),如自然水流與徑流調(diào)節(jié)水流的區(qū)別;水文情勢改變-生態(tài)響應(yīng)關(guān)系以及水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)閾值等問題。文章還評(píng)論了環(huán)境流方法應(yīng)用的若干問題,包括生態(tài)需水概念;技術(shù)文件中引用國外文獻(xiàn)的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性;加強(qiáng)數(shù)值模型研究和軟件開發(fā);推行適應(yīng)性管理策略。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development of environmental flow assessment method from simple hydrological formula to ecological limit method of hydrological change and discusses the main points of environmental flow theory. For example, the difference between natural flow and runoff regulating flow; The relationship between hydrological situation change and ecological response and the threshold value of water ecosystem are also discussed in this paper. Some problems in the application of the environmental flow method including the concept of ecological water demand are also reviewed in this paper. Completeness and accuracy of references to foreign documents in technical documents; Strengthening numerical model research and software development; Implement adaptive management strategy.

【正文快照】: 河流生物群落對水文情勢具有很強(qiáng)的依賴性。水資源的大規(guī)模開發(fā)和水庫徑流調(diào)節(jié)極大地改變了河流自然水文情勢。水文情勢的變化,引起河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的變化,甚至導(dǎo)致淡水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)重退化。為保護(hù)水生態(tài)系統(tǒng),有必要在人類開發(fā)水資源的前提下,確定維持河流生態(tài)健康的基本,
