【摘要】：隨著我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的逐步推進(jìn),綠色發(fā)展理念的貫徹落實,"生活方式綠色化"概念日益凸顯。生活方式綠色化是公眾參與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要方式,不僅對生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有重要作用,而且是滿足人們追求美好生活愿望的需要。在推進(jìn)生活方式綠色化過程中,既面臨著諸如消費不足和過度消費并存的現(xiàn)象、拉動消費和適度消費的困惑以及利用資本和控制資本等難題,也存在著體制機制、政策等方面的問題,使得推進(jìn)過程艱巨而漫長。只有充分認(rèn)識生活方式綠色化的意義,克服推進(jìn)過程中面臨的難題,并建立起包括宣傳教育機制、激勵懲罰機制、生產(chǎn)生活綠色轉(zhuǎn)變協(xié)同機制以及綠色政策支持和法律保障等行之有效的長效機制,才能促進(jìn)公眾自覺地踐行綠色化生活方式。
[Abstract]:With the construction of ecological civilization in our country step by step, the concept of green development to implement the "green lifestyle" concept has become increasingly prominent. Green lifestyle is an important way of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization, not only plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization, but also meet the needs of people in pursuit of a better life in the process of desire. To promote the green lifestyle, is facing such as insufficient consumption and excessive consumption coexist, stimulating consumption and moderate consumption of confusion and use of capital and capital controls and other problems, there are also institutional mechanisms, policies and other issues, which promote the process of arduous and long. Only by fully understanding the green lifestyle meaning, overcome the problems in the process, and establish including education mechanism, incentive and punishment mechanism, coordination mechanism and transformation of production and living green green Effective long-term mechanism, such as policy support and legal guarantee, can promote the public to consciously practice the green lifestyle.
