【摘要】：宗教與科學(xué)的爭論是個由來已久的話題,論文主要針對羅素關(guān)于宗教與科學(xué)的思想進行探究,分析宗教與科學(xué)斗爭產(chǎn)生的原因和結(jié)果,試圖找出二者沖突的根源和未來的發(fā)展趨勢,以探究宗教與科學(xué)的矛盾是否具有調(diào)和的可能和方法。本篇論文大致可以分為四個部分,第一部分主要介紹宗教與科學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究的意義所在,以及論文采用的研究方法和可能存在的創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分主要描述羅素成長的背景,包括羅素本人家庭成長的環(huán)境和當(dāng)時所處的一個大的社會時代狀況,從而引出關(guān)于其宗教與科學(xué)的理論形成背景;第三部分則主要根據(jù)羅素的原著具體分析了羅素關(guān)于宗教與科學(xué)矛盾斗爭的看法,從宗教與科學(xué)的本質(zhì)出發(fā),闡述了二者對社會所起到的重要作用,然后具體分析了兩者之間產(chǎn)生沖突的本質(zhì)根源,最后通過一系列歷史事件,分別從天文學(xué)、物理學(xué)、生物學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)等方面逐步論述了宗教與科學(xué)斗爭的結(jié)果,指出科學(xué)在近年來的斗爭中往往是取得勝利的一方,同時他也承認(rèn)宗教與科學(xué)之間存在可以調(diào)和的地方和方法,認(rèn)為二者之間也可以相互借鑒達到自身的發(fā)展。在論述宗教與科學(xué)的發(fā)展趨勢時,他認(rèn)為宗教能夠帶給人信仰,有助于社會建立相關(guān)道德倫理的價值觀,他強調(diào)科學(xué)精神求真務(wù)實,但不講價值,科學(xué)需要借助宗教去處理價值方面的問題,而宗教也應(yīng)該幫助科學(xué)去解決價值方面的問題;第四部分則對羅素的宗教與科學(xué)思想做出了一個簡要的評價,包括羅素在科學(xué)和哲學(xué)方面做出的貢獻,最后從辯證法的角度評價了羅素其思想的不足和存在的缺陷,羅素思想過多的依賴于間接的理論,在論述宗教和科學(xué)有關(guān)價值問題上所做的結(jié)論過于絕對,其對于宗教與科學(xué)二者關(guān)系的論述雖具有辯證性,但顯得并不徹底。
[Abstract]:The debate between religion and science is a long-standing topic. This paper mainly explores Russell's thought on religion and science, analyzes the causes and results of the struggle between religion and science, and tries to find out the root causes and future development trend of the conflict between religion and science, so as to explore whether the contradiction between religion and science has the possibility and method of reconciling. This paper can be divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research status and significance of religion and science, as well as the research methods and possible innovations. The second part mainly describes the background of Russell's growth, including the environment in which Russell himself grew up and a big social situation at that time, thus leading to the background of his theory of religion and science. The third part mainly analyzes Russell's views on the struggle between religion and science according to Russell's original works, expounds their important role in society from the essence of religion and science, and then analyzes the essential root causes of the conflict between the two. Finally, through a series of historical events, from astronomy and physics, This paper discusses the results of the struggle between religion and science step by step in biology and medicine, and points out that science is often the victorious party in the struggle in recent years. At the same time, he also recognizes that there are places and methods that can be reconciled between religion and science, and holds that the two can also draw lessons from each other to achieve their own development. When discussing the development trend of religion and science, he believes that religion can bring people faith and help the society to establish the relevant moral and ethical values. He emphasizes that the scientific spirit is pragmatic, but not value. Science needs to deal with the value problem with the help of religion, and religion should also help science to solve the value problem. The fourth part makes a brief evaluation of Russell's religion and scientific thought, including Russell's contribution to science and philosophy, and finally evaluates the shortcomings and defects of Russell's thought from the perspective of dialectics. Russell's thought relies too much on indirect theory, and his conclusion on the value of religion and science is too absolute. Although its exposition of the relationship between religion and science is dialectical, it is not thorough.
