佛學(xué)唯識(shí)論中的心理學(xué)問(wèn)題

【摘要】: 現(xiàn)代認(rèn)知心理學(xué)在各個(gè)分支領(lǐng)域如感知覺(jué),記憶,情緒,語(yǔ)言等領(lǐng)域各有很好的發(fā)展,但是太精細(xì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)使得各個(gè)領(lǐng)域所使用的概念,只能局限于具體認(rèn)知主題;各分支領(lǐng)域盡管內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,共同構(gòu)成一個(gè)關(guān)于人的認(rèn)知系統(tǒng),卻很難用某種語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一。意識(shí)理論的建構(gòu)是統(tǒng)合各個(gè)分支的有效手段,因?yàn)槿说母黜?xiàng)認(rèn)知功能都是通過(guò)能經(jīng)驗(yàn)到的意識(shí)表現(xiàn)的。然而現(xiàn)在的各意識(shí)理論往往討論意識(shí)是怎么生起的,并且往往以知覺(jué)過(guò)程作為意識(shí)生起的代表,F(xiàn)今這樣的意識(shí)理論往往帶有強(qiáng)烈的信息論的思想。然而日常經(jīng)驗(yàn)顯得豐富的心理生活不是簡(jiǎn)單的復(fù)制或翻譯環(huán)境信息。佛陀的以及其追隨者通過(guò)訓(xùn)練注意力觀察意識(shí)的變化,發(fā)展了被稱為唯識(shí)學(xué)的意識(shí)模型。該模型與現(xiàn)代心理學(xué)所使用的術(shù)語(yǔ)很相似。該模型全面的概括心理活動(dòng),將現(xiàn)今認(rèn)知心理學(xué)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域綜合起來(lái),有利于心理學(xué)研究者透過(guò)該視角融通不同的領(lǐng)域。 本文先介紹唯識(shí)學(xué)的意識(shí)模型,詳細(xì)見(jiàn)正文。接下來(lái)與心理學(xué)的概念和研究狀況相比較,現(xiàn)代的心理學(xué)的證據(jù)沒(méi)有與意識(shí)模型相矛盾的地方,反而處處支持意識(shí)理論。對(duì)佛陀所創(chuàng)立的理論模型無(wú)法直接檢驗(yàn),現(xiàn)今相關(guān)的研究選取了這類人的認(rèn)知方式作為研究對(duì)象。他們由于長(zhǎng)期的訓(xùn)練注意力觀察心理活動(dòng)的變化使得他們能進(jìn)入某特殊的認(rèn)知狀態(tài)。本文回顧了現(xiàn)今從體驗(yàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)兩方面對(duì)他們的探索。文章最后討論了該模型建立的方法論問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Modern cognitive psychology has great development in various branches, such as sense of perception, memory, emotion, language and so on, but it is too fine to develop the concepts used in various fields, which can only be limited to the specific cognitive subject; and in all branches, The common form of a human cognitive system is difficult to unify with a certain language. The construction of the consciousness theory is an effective means to integrate all branches, because the human's various cognitive functions are represented by the ability to experience. However, the current consciousness theory often discusses how the consciousness is born, and often takes the perceptual process as the representative of the consciousness. Today's theory of consciousness often has the thought of strong information theory. However, day-to-day experience appears to be rich in psychological life rather than simply copying or translating environmental information. The Buddha's and his followers developed a consciousness model called the phenomenology by training the changes in consciousness. The model is very similar to the terminology used in modern psychology. This model comprehensively summarizes the psychological activities, and combines the various fields of the current cognitive psychology, which is beneficial to the psychological researchers to have different fields through the perspective. In this paper, the consciousness model of the phenomenology is introduced, and the detailed description is given in detail. See the text. Then, compared with the concept of psychology and the research situation, the evidence of modern psychology is not in contradiction with the consciousness model, but it is supported everywhere. The theoretical model of the Buddha is not directly tested, and the relevant research has selected the cognitive style of this kind of people as the research. They study the changes in their mental activities for a long time, so that they can enter a special recognition. This article reviews the current experience and the experimental aspects to them The article finally discusses the method of establishing the model.
