【摘要】：伴隨著城市化步伐的不斷加快，越來(lái)越多經(jīng)濟(jì)型、具有農(nóng)業(yè)戶口的流動(dòng)穆斯林來(lái)到城市。就業(yè)是他們能否進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)流入城市的關(guān)鍵，由于流動(dòng)穆斯林需面對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)、民族習(xí)慣和宗教信仰的差別疊加產(chǎn)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題，較易形成對(duì)城市的適應(yīng)不良，所以有必要通過(guò)解決就業(yè)問(wèn)題，提升流動(dòng)穆斯林適應(yīng)能力，而流動(dòng)穆斯林就業(yè)狀況的改善，對(duì)于提高以流動(dòng)穆斯林為對(duì)象的公共服務(wù)管理水平，促進(jìn)流動(dòng)穆斯林和流入城市的城市化進(jìn)程，城鄉(xiāng)之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和民族團(tuán)結(jié)都有十分重要意義。 本文以內(nèi)蒙古包頭市回族流動(dòng)人口為例，通過(guò)對(duì)流入到這一地區(qū)回族流動(dòng)人口就業(yè)狀況的實(shí)證調(diào)查，分析其人口和就業(yè)特征，與包頭市人口，尤其是回族人口的就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比，找出存在問(wèn)題。以社會(huì)互構(gòu)論為理論結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)，多維分析該地形成回族流動(dòng)人口就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的原因，從而提出合理的建議，為包頭市回族流動(dòng)人口的發(fā)展做出科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)，，最終服務(wù)于包頭市對(duì)回族流動(dòng)人口的服務(wù)與管理，以期流動(dòng)穆斯林就業(yè)狀況的改善，形成對(duì)流入地的良性適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, more and more floating Muslims with agricultural hukou come to the city. Employment is the key to their ability to further adapt to the influx into cities. Because migrant Muslims have to face the employment problems caused by the superposition of the differences between urban and rural areas, ethnic customs and religious beliefs, it is easier to form poor adaptation to the cities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the adaptability of migrant Muslims by solving the problem of employment, and the improvement of the employment situation of migrant Muslims will improve the level of management of public services targeted at migrant Muslims. The harmonious development of urban and rural areas and national unity are of great significance. Taking the Hui floating population in Baotou, Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper analyzes its population and employment characteristics through an empirical investigation of the employment situation of the Hui floating population in this area, and the population of Baotou City. In particular, the employment situation of the Hui population is compared to find out the existing problems. Based on the theory of social mutual construction, this paper analyzes the reasons for the present situation of employment of the Hui floating population in this area, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to make a scientific prediction for the development of the floating population of the Hui nationality in Baotou City. Finally, it serves the service and management of Hui floating population in Baotou City, in the hope of improving the employment situation of floating Muslims and forming a benign adaptation to the floating areas.
