【摘要】：晚明時期的佛教已經基本中國化,佛教與民間社會結合愈發(fā)緊密和多元,一個較為突出的表現就是大批文人居士參與到佛教放生的實踐活動當中。本文綜合運用宗教學、歷史學、文獻學和民俗學等研究方法,對晚明時代背景下的文人佛教放生活動及其所反映的相關歷史文化進行綜合考察。本文主要從三個方面進行考察和研究。第一部分,論述佛教放生的意義,并結合時代背景,探究晚明佛教放生流行的宗教、社會等原因。同時,簡要敘述明代以前的文人放生活動現象。第二部分,首先通過文獻的梳理,考述晚明文人放生的三種主要類型,即文人參與的教界放生、結社放生和其他形式的放生活動。然后,在上述基礎上,探討與放生相關的禪凈思想、儒家及儒佛關系、世俗文化等豐富的歷史信息。第三部分,通過上述研究,并結合唐宋文人放生活動,得出晚明文人放生活動的信仰自覺性、心性追求和結社運作等時代特征。同時,亦借此展現佛教情懷與世俗逐利并存的時人心態(tài)。最后,對明以后(清、民國)的文人放生作簡要延伸并反思當代放生實踐活動,指出團體放生模式在當前社會的價值與可行性。
[Abstract]:Buddhism in the late Ming Dynasty has been basically Chinese, Buddhism and civil society are more closely and pluralistic, a more prominent performance is a large number of literati to participate in the practice of Buddhist activities. This paper makes a comprehensive study of the activities of Buddhism release of literati in the late Ming Dynasty and its related historical and cultural reflection by using the research methods of religion, history, philology and folklore. This article mainly carries on the investigation and the research from three aspects. The first part discusses the significance of Buddhism release, and combined with the background of the times, to explore the late Ming Dynasty Buddhism released popular religion, society and other reasons. At the same time, a brief description of the Ming Dynasty before the phenomenon of free life. The second part, through the literature combing, discusses the three main types of the literati's release in the late Ming Dynasty, that is, the literati participate in the release of students in the religious circles, the association of the release of students and other forms of release activities. Then, on the basis of the above mentioned, this paper discusses the Zen thoughts related to the release of life, the relationship between Confucianism and Confucianism and Buddhism, secular culture and other rich historical information. In the third part, through the above research and combining with the activities of liberating the literati in the Tang and Song dynasties, the author concludes the characteristics of the times such as the consciousness of belief, the pursuit of the mind and the operation of association in the late Ming Dynasty. At the same time, it also shows the contemporary mentality of Buddhism and secular pursuit of interest. Finally, this paper briefly extends the scholars' release after the Ming Dynasty (Qing, Republic of China) and reflects on the contemporary practice of releasing life, and points out the value and feasibility of the mode of group release in the current society.
