【摘要】：16世紀歐洲掀起的宗教改革運動一方面是對天主教會的巨大打擊,另一方面也促使教會正視長久以來存在的問題。通過召開特蘭托公會議,天主教會完成了對組織和教義兩方面的改革和"凈化",不但重塑了教會形象,使歐洲的天主教一度得以復興,進而還掀起了天主教海外傳教的高潮。"利瑪竇規(guī)矩"是早期耶穌會在中國進行傳教的過程中采用的傳教策略,是面對中國文化傳統(tǒng)不得不做出的適應和調整,但對于改革后的天主教會而言,情況要復雜得多。耶穌會的歐洲反對者們指責"利瑪竇規(guī)矩"不符合天主教的"信仰原則",懷疑這一實踐可能會形成"異端"信仰或最終形成中國本土教會等問題。本文即以16世紀歐洲天主教改革為歷史背景,分析改革與"利瑪竇規(guī)矩"的興起、爭議與衰落間的關系,從而反映出天主教改革與"中國禮儀之爭"間的內在聯系。
[Abstract]:The religious reform movement in Europe in the 16th century was not only a great blow to the Catholic Church, but also urged the church to face up to the problems that had existed for a long time. By holding the Tranto Congress, the Catholic Church completed the reform and "purification" of its organization and doctrine, which not only reshaped the image of the Church, but also revived Catholicism in Europe, and thus set off a climax of Catholic missionary missions abroad. " Matteo Ricci "is a missionary strategy adopted by the early Jesuits in the process of missionary in China. It is a necessary adaptation and adjustment in the face of Chinese cultural tradition, but for the reformed Catholic Church, the situation is much more complicated." European opponents of the Jesuits have accused the Ricci rules of being inconsistent with Catholic "belief principles" and suspect that the practice could lead to "heresy" or eventually to the formation of a local church in China. Based on the historical background of the European Catholic reform in the 16th century, this paper analyzes the relationship between the reform and the rise of "Matteo Ricci rules" and the relationship between controversy and decline, thus reflecting the inherent relationship between the Catholic reform and the "dispute over etiquette in China".
