韓國(guó)基督教海外傳教對(duì)韓國(guó)對(duì)外關(guān)系的影響

【摘要】: 根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字,韓國(guó)世界宣教協(xié)商會(huì)(KWMA)稱,截至去年年底,560個(gè)團(tuán)體派遣的1.6616萬基督教傳教士活躍在世界173個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。規(guī)模僅次于美國(guó),居世界第二位。就基督教徒的熱情、志愿、犧牲精神而言,被認(rèn)為是世界第一。經(jīng)過2007年阿富汗人質(zhì)事件,韓國(guó)基督教海外傳教運(yùn)動(dòng)從不僅在國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)還是在國(guó)際社會(huì)都面臨著嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。雖然其宗教團(tuán)體的動(dòng)機(jī)是在國(guó)外作為一個(gè)非政府行為體進(jìn)行傳教運(yùn)動(dòng)而已,但是不管愿不愿意其問題擴(kuò)散到全世界了。 如此,把阿富汗人質(zhì)事件值得探討的原因在于一下幾個(gè)部分: 首先、這次人質(zhì)事件一下子變成國(guó)際社會(huì)的問題了,世界基督教界、國(guó)外政府、國(guó)際非政府組織以及國(guó)際媒體都關(guān)注這個(gè)事件。 其次、在韓國(guó)政府尋找對(duì)策方案時(shí)、不是試圖單獨(dú)的解決人質(zhì)事件,而是韓國(guó)政府與阿富汗和美國(guó)政府、與伊斯蘭國(guó)家,通過交換意見、直接協(xié)商、合作方式來一起解決綁架問題了。尤其是經(jīng)過這次事件,韓國(guó)政府的對(duì)外政策和對(duì)外關(guān)系將重新調(diào)整而改變。由于在解決人質(zhì)事件過程中,韓國(guó)政府與美國(guó)政府遭到了意見沖突,相反,在政府向一些伊斯蘭國(guó)家和亞洲國(guó)家和伊斯蘭宗教界邀請(qǐng)幫助時(shí),實(shí)際上,能得到它們的很大的幫助,所以,韓國(guó)政府今后將改變其對(duì)外政策和對(duì)外關(guān)系。比如,因?yàn)榘⒏缓谷速|(zhì)事件,在韓國(guó)社會(huì)和國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)海外派兵的合法性問題都重新考慮的情況下,這意味著韓國(guó)對(duì)外政策已經(jīng)有改變。 再次、雖然問題是發(fā)生在國(guó)外的,但涉及于國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì),例如,基督徒與非基督徒之間產(chǎn)生了意見沖突,并且教會(huì)內(nèi)部也無法統(tǒng)一自己的立場(chǎng)。就是以人質(zhì)事件為動(dòng)機(jī),在基督徒與非基督徒之間一直蔓延的摩擦就暴露出來了?傊,韓國(guó)海外傳教運(yùn)動(dòng)在兩個(gè)方面將必要改變,一個(gè)是傳統(tǒng)傳教模式轉(zhuǎn)移到多元文化主義及福音主義全球化模式的改變,另外一個(gè)是與宗教非政府組織進(jìn)行合作,通過與國(guó)際組織合作而需要獲得國(guó)際社會(huì)的支持。 最后、韓國(guó)教會(huì)和政府關(guān)系將改變。原來雙方一直維持密切的合作關(guān)系?墒,經(jīng)過阿富汗人質(zhì)事件,不但教會(huì)和政府各自都要改變,并且雙方關(guān)系已經(jīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。如,按照新的護(hù)照法,基督教的海外傳教運(yùn)動(dòng)將受到限制,這是與目前強(qiáng)調(diào)突破性傳教運(yùn)動(dòng)的韓國(guó)教會(huì)將發(fā)生沖突的,之后,給雙方的密切關(guān)系將帶來不利影響。
[Abstract]:According to statistics, KWMA said that by the end of last year, 16,616 Christian missionaries sent by some 560 groups were active in 173 countries and regions in the world, second only to the United States, ranking second in the world. On the enthusiasm of Christians, Volunteerism, the spirit of sacrifice, is considered the number one in the world. After the Afghan hostage incident of 2007, The Korean Christian overseas missionary movement faces serious challenges not only in the domestic community but also in the international community, although its religious community is motivated to conduct missionary campaigns abroad as a non-governmental actor. But whether or not its problems spread to the world. Thus, the reasons why the Afghan hostage incident is worth exploring are the following:. First of all, the hostage incident has suddenly become a problem for the international community. The world Christian community, foreign governments, international non-governmental organizations and international media are all concerned about the incident. Secondly, when the Korean government is looking for a solution, it is not trying to resolve the hostage incident alone, but the Korean government and the governments of Afghanistan and the United States, and with the Islamic countries, through exchange of views and direct consultations. The cooperative way to solve the kidnapping problem together. Especially after this incident, the South Korean government's foreign policy and foreign relations will be readjusted and changed. Because in the process of resolving the hostage incident, The Korean government and the United States government were at odds with each other. On the contrary, when the government invited some Islamic countries and Asian countries and the Islamic religious community to help, they actually got a lot of help from them, so, The South Korean government will change its foreign policy and foreign relations in the future. For example, because of the Afghan hostage incident, the Korean society and the international community have reconsidered the issue of the legality of sending troops overseas. This means that South Korea's foreign policy has changed. Thirdly, although the problem occurred abroad, it involved the domestic society, for example, there was a conflict of opinion between Christians and non-Christians, and there was no unity of position within the church... that was motivated by the hostage incident. The friction that has spread between Christians and non-Christians has been exposed. In short, South Korea's overseas missionary movement will need to change in two ways. One is the change of the traditional mode of preaching to the globalization of multiculturalism and evangelism, and the other is the cooperation with religious non-governmental organizations, which needs the support of the international community through cooperation with international organizations. Finally, the relationship between the church and the government in Korea will change. It turns out that the two sides have maintained close cooperative relations. However, after the Afghan hostage incident, not only the church and the government will change, but also the relationship between the two sides has been adjusted. Under the new passport law, the Christian overseas missionary movement will be restricted, which will clash with the South Korean Church, which currently emphasizes the Breakthrough missionary movement, and thereafter will have a negative impact on the close relationship between the two sides.
