【摘要】：秦始皇創(chuàng)立的"皇帝"名號是專制集權(quán)統(tǒng)治的根本,從制度上確保了國家機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),是與"世變"相適應(yīng)的、"順時(shí)俗"的一大創(chuàng)舉。歷代史家從《史記》的行文結(jié)構(gòu)、文字風(fēng)格以及對皇帝名號的評議等方面,對秦始皇"議帝號"詔進(jìn)行了多方位的討論。通過對秦漢時(shí)代詔書格式的總結(jié)歸納可知,"議帝號"詔末尾的"制曰可"并非衍文。目前中華書局點(diǎn)校本《史記》并不能很好地反映"議帝號"詔的原貌,應(yīng)當(dāng)予以修訂。
