【摘要】：中國古代社會是一個本質(zhì)上的鄉(xiāng)村社會,是鄉(xiāng)村大多數(shù)民眾生活所在。鄉(xiāng)村社會與國家之間的經(jīng)濟關(guān)系,是理解中國社會基本經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)及其內(nèi)在運行機制的重要環(huán)節(jié)。賦役征派處于村民、鄉(xiāng)里、州縣發(fā)生關(guān)系的匯聚點,役事執(zhí)行情況反映了鄉(xiāng)村社會權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)的基本狀況。文章以役事執(zhí)行與糾紛處理為主要考察線索,分析唐代鄉(xiāng)村社會的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)及運行機制,并考察在地方財政負擔壓力下,朝廷、州縣、鄉(xiāng)里、百姓之間圍繞"役"而在鄉(xiāng)村運行中展開的對抗與合作,為深入認識唐宋時期鄉(xiāng)村社會變遷提供初步鑒識基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Ancient Chinese society is an essential rural society, which is where the majority of the rural people live. The economic relationship between rural society and the state is an important link to understand the basic economic structure, power structure and internal operating mechanism of Chinese society. The conscription is located at the meeting point of the relationship between villagers, townships and counties, and the implementation of the service reflects the basic situation of the rural social power structure. Taking the execution of service and the handling of disputes as the main clues, this paper analyzes the power structure and operation mechanism of rural society in Tang Dynasty, and investigates the confrontation and cooperation between the court, prefectures and counties, villages and people around "service" under the pressure of local financial burden, so as to provide a preliminary basis for understanding the changes of rural society in Tang and Song dynasties.
