【摘要】：新近發(fā)現(xiàn)的明抄本是宋仁宗時(shí)期修訂的《天圣令》,這一發(fā)現(xiàn)已經(jīng)促進(jìn)了唐史研究,使唐朝前期的制度與唐令等等方面的諸多問(wèn)題因而獲得巨大進(jìn)步。但是,對(duì)于此《天圣令》的性質(zhì),研究者很少涉及,或者語(yǔ)焉不詳,或者回避以過(guò)。從《天圣令》的編修過(guò)程入手,可以看出此《天圣令》不是頒行本而是上奏本。這是《天圣令》研究的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題,對(duì)于理解《天圣令》和唐朝的制度都是無(wú)法回避的。
[Abstract]:The newly discovered copy of Ming Dynasty was revised by Song Renzong. This discovery has promoted the study of the history of the Tang Dynasty and made great progress in many aspects such as the system and the order of the Tang Dynasty in the early period of the Tang Dynasty. However, the nature of this decree is rarely addressed, vague, or evasive. From the editing process, we can see that this decree is not a sermon, but an upper version. This is an important issue in the study of the Heavenly order, which is unavoidable to the understanding of the system of the Tang Dynasty.
