【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,資料斷限于1820年的《嘉慶重修大清一統(tǒng)志》(“嘉慶志”)及所附“皇輿全圖”,既承載著中國(guó)歷史內(nèi)在發(fā)展所能達(dá)到的空間極致,又記述著康熙帝祖孫四代對(duì)領(lǐng)土、邊界、主權(quán)與邊民所具有的清晰界定與認(rèn)知理念,還附麗著沙俄與西歐列強(qiáng)對(duì)清朝領(lǐng)土主權(quán)的國(guó)際承認(rèn)。因此,本文將中國(guó)疆域最終奠定的空間坐標(biāo)判定在“嘉慶志”及所附“皇輿全圖”所確定的領(lǐng)域。同時(shí),1820年的清朝疆域,既是中國(guó)疆域范圍的最終底定極點(diǎn),也是東西方力量對(duì)比最終逆轉(zhuǎn)的臨界點(diǎn),更是中國(guó)國(guó)勢(shì)由強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)弱的最后時(shí)刻。故本文將中國(guó)疆域最終奠定的時(shí)間坐標(biāo)判定在該年。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author holds that the "Jiaqing Reformation of the Unification of the Qing Dynasty" ("Jiaqing Zhi") and the attached "complete picture of the Emperor", which were limited to 1820, not only carry the spatial maximum that can be achieved by the internal development of Chinese history, but also describe the territory of the four generations of Emperor Kangxi's ancestors and grandchildren. The boundary, sovereignty and the clear definition and cognition of the frontier people are accompanied by the international recognition of the sovereignty of the Qing Dynasty by the Czarist Russia and the Western European powers. Therefore, this paper determines the spatial coordinates of the Chinese territory in the field determined by Jiaqing Zhi and the attached map of Huangyu. At the same time, the territory of the Qing Dynasty in 1820 was not only the final pole of China's territory, but also the critical point for the final reversal of the East-West power balance, and the last moment for China's power to change from strong to weak. Therefore, this paper determines the time coordinate of Chinese territory in that year.
