宋初婦為舅姑服制的變革

【摘要】:在宋代五服制度中,婦為舅姑三年之制不同于唐、五代的正式禮法,這一變革始自太祖詔令,并被采入《開(kāi)寶通禮》,后隨《五服年月敕》《天圣令》以禮典敕令的形式頒行天下。但婦為舅姑三年之制的源起還是在唐、五代,舅姑與子?jì)D對(duì)等報(bào)服之后,婦為舅姑三年之制就自下而上地漸由時(shí)俗之禮而見(jiàn)錄于《書(shū)儀》《書(shū)儀鏡》等書(shū)。也由此可知,宋初統(tǒng)一服制的首部禮典《開(kāi)寶通禮》,其服制之源并不只是盛唐之禮,最終的定制是根據(jù)宋初現(xiàn)狀情勢(shì)對(duì)唐禮及五代禮選擇和調(diào)整的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In the five-suit system of the Song Dynasty, the three-year system of women as aunts is different from the formal ritual laws of the Tang Dynasty. This reform began with the imperial edict of Taizu and was adopted into "Kaibao Tong Li". However, the three-year system of women as aunts originated in the Tang, five dynasties, aunts and children of the three years of the system gradually from the bottom up from the custom ceremony and see in the book "Book instrument", "Book instrument Mirror" and other books. It can be seen from this that the first ceremony of uniform service system in the early Song Dynasty, "Kaibao Tong Li", the source of the service system is not just the ritual of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, but the final customization is the result of the selection and adjustment of the ceremony of the Tang Dynasty and the five dynasties according to the current situation of the early Song Dynasty.
