【摘要】："吏民"在一定歷史時期中一般均有民爵稱號,但是"吏民"在普賜民爵產(chǎn)生之前已經(jīng)出現(xiàn),在普賜民爵衰亡之后依然存在,兩者并非同步產(chǎn)生或退出歷史舞臺,故"吏民"并非由是否擁有爵稱而決定的。"吏民"中存在貧富差別是普遍的、正常的現(xiàn)象,故"吏民"也不是由是否具有"中家以上"財產(chǎn)和"生活富裕"而決定的。"吏民"中的"中家以上"和"富裕者"是少數(shù),"中家以下"和貧窮者是大多數(shù)。
[Abstract]:"officials and people" generally have the title of "people" in a certain historical period, but "officials and people" have appeared before the emergence of the "common people" and still exist after the decline of the "common people". The two did not come into being or withdraw from the historical stage at the same time. Therefore, the "officials and the people" is not determined by whether or not they own the title. " The difference between the rich and the poor is common and normal, so it is not decided by whether they have property above the middle house or above and whether they are rich in life. " The "above the middle" and the "rich" are the few, and the "below the middle" and the poor are the majority.
