【摘要】："同母者為宗親"是中國古代親屬制度史上的一個著名命題,該命題是否會導致對"父之黨為宗族"這一基本原理的質疑?或者中國古代是否有過對宗親認定原則的二元并存?筆者的結論是,"同母者為宗親"。不過是在父系世系前提下,對基于同母者感情較為親密這一人類共通事實的一種表述有欠準確的認定。宗族內部對一夫一妻多妾制下形成的同父異母兄弟群進行的分組,既不會在理論上,也不會在實踐上對宗親所賴以形成的父系世系原則造成任何意義上的顛覆。中國古代對宗親的二元認定并不存在。
[Abstract]:"The same mother as the clan" is a famous proposition on the history of ancient kinship China, this proposition would lead to the question of "the father of the party is the basic principle of the ancient clan"? Or if there have been two yuan China coexisting principle cognizance of the clan? The author concludes, "the same mother for the clan". However, in the premise of patrilineal descent, based on the same mother more intimate feelings that human common facts as an expression of a less accurate identification. The grouping of monogamous "under the system of half brother group within the clan, neither in theory, the principle of patrilineal descent not in the practice to the clan which created subversion in any sense. China of ancient clan two yuan that does not exist.
