【摘要】：自古謂千金易得,人才難求。識別并求得自己所希冀的人才,無論對個人還是國家而言,都有著十分深遠(yuǎn)的意義�！度簳我芬粫牡萌酥揽梢愿爬橐陨聘腥�、以禮敬人、以富安人、以公待人、以誠動人、以德教人、以道成人等七個方面。這為我們在得人方面提供了諸多寶貴的方法和原則,值得我們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, it is said that a thousand gold is easy to obtain, talent is difficult to seek.It is of great significance for both individuals and countries to identify and find the people they wish for. The way to get people in the book "the Book of people" can be summed up as moving with kindness, respecting people with courtesy, being rich and treating others with public. ""...With sincerity moving, teach people with virtue, with the seven aspects such as grown-up.This has provided us with many valuable methods and principles in getting people, and it is worth our careful study and reference.
