【摘要】：包括廣東嶺西、廣西、云、貴等地在內(nèi)的西南少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū),有明一代時(shí)常發(fā)生叛亂。到了隆慶和萬歷初,高拱、張居正等強(qiáng)勢閣臣推行積極拓展的邊疆政策,對西南地區(qū)產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈影響。地方督撫遂確定了征剿的方策基調(diào),除征討嶺東的海賊和山寇外,對嶺西、兩廣交界的"s:、s^"叛亂采取強(qiáng)力征伐手段,先后發(fā)動(dòng)了廣西的古田之役、廣東瀧水縣的羅旁之征。因地貌和征討對象的相似,以及前后兩役謀劃者的聯(lián)系,故兩者在具體行動(dòng)和善后措施上具有某種借鑒性和關(guān)聯(lián)性。而如城池修建、官署設(shè)置、兵備和參將的配合與駐軍的守護(hù)、道路開辟與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、招徠移民墾田入籍、設(shè)立學(xué)校加強(qiáng)教化等善后措施的采取,以及這些成果的不斷鞏固和擴(kuò)大,使得化外之區(qū)完成了從形式上歸附到納入國家有效控制體系的實(shí)質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in southwest China, including Lingxi, Guangxi, Yun, and Guizhou, there were frequent rebellions in the Ming Dynasty. By the beginning of Longqing and Wanli, powerful government ministers such as Gao Gong and Zhang Juzheng pursued a policy of active expansion of the frontier. It had a strong influence on the southwest region. The local governor and governor set the tone of the strategy for enlisting and suppression, except for the sea thieves and mountain invaders from the eastern part of the ridges, and against the "s: s ^ ^" rebellion in the western part of the five ridges and the border between the two sides, by means of forced recruitment and cutting, and launched the ancient field battle of Guangxi successively. Luo Pan-zhi, Taki County, Guangdong Province. Because of the similarity between landforms and targets, as well as the connection between the schemers before and after the two battles, both of them have some reference and relevance in specific actions and measures to deal with the aftermath. For example, the construction of cities, the setting up of government departments, The cooperation of soldiers and generals and the guard of the garrison, the opening and networking of roads, the recruitment of immigrants and land for naturalization, the establishment of schools and the strengthening of education, etc., as well as the continuous consolidation and expansion of these achievements. It makes the outer area complete the substantive transformation from formal attachment to national effective control system.
