【摘要】：正筆者受國家清史編纂委員會委托,負(fù)責(zé)《史表:中外約章表》的工作。在編寫過程中,遇到外國殖民當(dāng)局或軍事經(jīng)貿(mào)機(jī)構(gòu)與臺灣鄭氏政權(quán)等之間締結(jié)約章是否收錄的疑問。從時段上來看,這些約章生效于清代存續(xù)的時間范圍內(nèi),應(yīng)予收錄;但從鄭氏政權(quán)來說,宗奉明朝統(tǒng)緒,則又外出清朝統(tǒng)治,似不應(yīng)納入。我們所編寫的,究竟是清代時段的中國史,還是比較嚴(yán)格意義上
[Abstract]:The author was entrusted by the National Commission for the compilation of the History of the Qing Dynasty to be responsible for the work of "History Table: the Table of the Chinese and Foreign covenants". It is doubtful whether the charter concluded between foreign colonial authorities or military economic and trade agencies and Taiwan's Zheng's regime. From the point of view of the period of time, these covenants are valid within the time frame of the existence of the Qing Dynasty and should be included. But as far as the Zheng regime is concerned, Zong Bong of the Ming Dynasty ruled in the Qing Dynasty, and it seems that it should not be included. Whether what we have written is the history of China during the period of the Qing Dynasty, or is it in a more strict sense?
