【摘要】：在西方現(xiàn)代政治哲學(xué)中,羅爾斯的哲學(xué)是一個重要的里程碑。本文從正義這一基本概念入手,旨在探討羅爾斯正義理論的形成與發(fā)展過程,從正義的主題——社會基本制度出發(fā),闡明了分配公民基本權(quán)利和義務(wù)的原則即正義原則,并重點論述了兩個正義原則的推導(dǎo)過程。正義原則通過調(diào)節(jié)社會基本制度,從社會個體的微觀角度出發(fā),處理社會事實上的不平等現(xiàn)象。在一個純粹假設(shè)的“原初狀態(tài)”之中,羅爾斯規(guī)定相互冷淡的各方只保有一般的社會理論知識,其個人的特殊信息都掩蓋在“無知之幕”之下,從而模擬有理性的個人進行合理的推理,并最終選擇正義原則。
[Abstract]:In the western modern political philosophy, Rawls' philosophy is an important milestone. Starting with the basic concept of justice, this paper aims to discuss the formation and development of Rawls' theory of justice, and from the point of view of social basic system, clarifies the principle of distributing the basic rights and duties of citizens, that is, the principle of justice. The derivation process of the two principles of justice is discussed in detail. The principle of justice deals with the social inequality by adjusting the basic social system and from the microcosmic point of view of the social individual. In a purely hypothetical "primordial state," Rawls dictates that the cold parties retain only general knowledge of social theory, and that their personal special information is hidden under the "curtain of ignorance". Thus simulate rational individuals to reason reasonably, and finally choose the principle of justice.
