【摘要】：第三波民主化已經(jīng)過去四十余年,威權(quán)主義國(guó)家仍然是國(guó)際社會(huì)中的重要組成部分,并表現(xiàn)出頑強(qiáng)的生命力。這一現(xiàn)實(shí)迫使當(dāng)代西方比較政治學(xué)家修正現(xiàn)代化理論和民主轉(zhuǎn)型理論并對(duì)威權(quán)主義的韌性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。政治制度和國(guó)家能力兩種研究路徑試圖解釋當(dāng)代威權(quán)主義國(guó)家何以能夠克服國(guó)內(nèi)外治理危機(jī)并得以延續(xù)發(fā)展;然而也存在局限性,即二者之間缺乏理論對(duì)話與聯(lián)系、過于注重制度結(jié)構(gòu)因素而輕視意識(shí)形態(tài)等政治文化因素、嚴(yán)重忽視國(guó)際環(huán)境因素對(duì)威權(quán)主義韌性的深刻影響等。威權(quán)主義的意識(shí)形態(tài)與韌性研究、民主包圍與威權(quán)主義國(guó)際互動(dòng)研究也許是威權(quán)主義韌性研究的未來方向。
[Abstract]:Forty years have passed since the third wave of democratization, authoritarian countries are still an important part of the international community, and show tenacious vitality. This reality forces contemporary comparative political scientists to revise modernization theory and democratic transformation theory and systematically study the resilience of authoritarianism. The political system and the national capacity try to explain why the contemporary authoritarian countries can overcome the crisis of governance at home and abroad and continue to develop. However, there are limitations, that is, the lack of theoretical dialogue and connection between the two, too much attention to institutional structure factors while ignoring ideology and other political and cultural factors, seriously ignoring the profound impact of international environmental factors on the toughness of authoritarianism, and so on. The research on ideology and toughness of authoritarianism and the international interaction between democratic encirclement and authoritarianism may be the future direction of the study of authoritarian resilience.
