【摘要】：正義是社會(huì)制度的首要價(jià)值。正像真理是思想體系的首要價(jià)值一樣，人類(lèi)自古以來(lái)就向往一個(gè)正義的社會(huì)。本文以歷史分析法和邏輯分析法為指導(dǎo)，通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思的專(zhuān)著及其相關(guān)材料進(jìn)行哲學(xué)解讀，以期從中歸納、整理出馬克思社會(huì)正義的相關(guān)論述。 首先，通過(guò)“正義”概念的詞源學(xué)考察，，對(duì)正義的兩種類(lèi)型—個(gè)人正義與社會(huì)正義作出區(qū)分，在此基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)回顧馬克思之前西方思想史上“社會(huì)正義”觀(guān)念的發(fā)展歷程。 其次，馬克思社會(huì)正義理論以唯物史觀(guān)為視角，通過(guò)批判資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和正義原則，詳細(xì)概述馬克思社會(huì)正義理論的本質(zhì)：正義的價(jià)值主體—所有人；正義的基本要義—權(quán)利和義務(wù)相統(tǒng)一；正義的根本要求—徹底消滅階級(jí)；正義的價(jià)值旨?xì)w—人的自由而全面的發(fā)展。同時(shí)揭示馬克思社會(huì)正義理論的主要貢獻(xiàn)。 最后，審視當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)正義的實(shí)現(xiàn)及其存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而分析馬克思社會(huì)正義理論對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的啟示。 正確理解馬克思的社會(huì)正義思想，對(duì)于建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義，構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)，對(duì)于沿著正確的道路健康發(fā)展，進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)正義，意義重大。
[Abstract]:Justice is the primary value of a social system. Just as truth is the primary value of the ideological system, mankind has yearned for a just society since ancient times. Under the guidance of historical analysis and logic analysis, this paper makes a philosophical interpretation of Marx's monographs and their related materials in order to sum up and sort out the relevant expositions of Marx's social justice. Firstly, by examining the etymology of the concept of "justice", the author distinguishes the two types of justice, individual justice and social justice. On this basis, it systematically reviews the development of the concept of "social justice" in the history of western thought before Marx. Secondly, from the perspective of historical materialism, Marx's theory of social justice, through criticizing the capitalist economic system and the principle of justice, summarizes in detail the essence of Marx's theory of social justice: the value subject of justice-all people; The basic meaning of justice is the unity of rights and obligations; the fundamental requirement of justice is to completely eliminate class; the value of justice is the free and comprehensive development of human beings. At the same time, it reveals the main contribution of Marx's theory of social justice. Finally, the author examines the realization of contemporary Chinese social justice and its existing problems, and then analyzes the enlightenment of Marx's theory of social justice to the construction of a harmonious society. The correct understanding of Marx's thought of social justice is of great significance to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of socialist harmonious society, the healthy development along the correct road and the further realization of social justice.
