【摘要】：政治認(rèn)同,公眾對(duì)這一命題的關(guān)注由來(lái)已久,其關(guān)乎統(tǒng)治階級(jí)的執(zhí)政根基與人民群眾的幸福指數(shù),也是關(guān)乎民族生存與國(guó)家延續(xù)的重大課題。當(dāng)代中國(guó),正處于轉(zhuǎn)折性發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期、現(xiàn)代化改革的攻堅(jiān)期,國(guó)際環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,國(guó)內(nèi)矛盾林立,愈發(fā)尖銳,在這一現(xiàn)實(shí)情境下,深化政治認(rèn)同、凝聚社會(huì)共識(shí)成為緩和社會(huì)矛盾、激發(fā)人民群眾最大活力進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建的不二選擇,也是人民安樂(lè)、民族振興、國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、共筑“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的必然要求。在當(dāng)前情境下,政治認(rèn)同的根本坐標(biāo)在于中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,以中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義為核心重構(gòu)和深化民眾政治認(rèn)同任重而道遠(yuǎn)。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的深入發(fā)展,我國(guó)網(wǎng)民總量已接近人口半數(shù),網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域逐漸形成和發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情力量愈發(fā)凸顯,甚至具備議程設(shè)置的功能,因而,國(guó)家政府不斷加大對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的整治與網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共政治生活的積極關(guān)注。然而,西方意識(shí)形態(tài)入侵、網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性極端事件、網(wǎng)民非理性的匿名言論對(duì)峙等現(xiàn)象一再發(fā)生,各種虛假信息數(shù)不勝數(shù),各類網(wǎng)絡(luò)矛盾沖突不斷,嚴(yán)重影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)正常秩序的維護(hù)與民眾政治認(rèn)同的深化。面對(duì)這一形勢(shì),如何充分運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)生態(tài)的正面效應(yīng),克服其負(fù)面效應(yīng)來(lái)引導(dǎo)和深化民眾的政治認(rèn)同感,凝聚社會(huì)共識(shí),進(jìn)而維護(hù)和發(fā)展安定團(tuán)結(jié)的社會(huì)政治大局秩序意義重大而深遠(yuǎn)。本文嘗試從民眾政治參與、利益分化與沖突、民眾生活滿意度及傳統(tǒng)思想和西方思想的影響這四大因子切入,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域中民眾政治認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)實(shí)境遇有一個(gè)基本的把握,具體論述政治認(rèn)同深化所面臨的問(wèn)題及其原因,從政府、網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體和民眾三方維度,融合多視角,積極探索構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域中深化民眾政治認(rèn)同的科學(xué)而有效的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑,共建共為,為營(yíng)造良好的政治認(rèn)同環(huán)境貢獻(xiàn)力量。本文以馬克思主義立場(chǎng)和觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),以國(guó)家、黨和政府的相關(guān)文件精神為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、實(shí)證分析法、多學(xué)科綜合研究法等具體研究方法,確�？茖W(xué)性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Political identity, the public has been paying attention to this proposition for a long time, which is related to the ruling foundation of the ruling class and the happiness index of the people, is also related to the survival of the nation and the continuation of the country. Contemporary China is in a critical period of transformational development. The international environment is complex and changeable, and domestic contradictions are becoming increasingly acute. In this realistic situation, we should deepen political identity. Agglomeration of social consensus has become a good choice for easing social contradictions, arousing the people's greatest vitality for modernization and building a harmonious socialist society. It is also a choice for people's peace and happiness, national rejuvenation, and the prosperity and strength of the country. The inevitable requirement of the construction of Chinese Dream. In the current situation, the fundamental coordinate of political identity lies in socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the further development of the Internet age, the total number of Internet users in our country has reached nearly half of the population, the network public domain has gradually formed and developed, the power of network public opinion has become increasingly prominent, and even has the function of agenda setting, so, The national government has been increasing the network environment and the network of public political life of active concern. However, such phenomena as the invasion of western ideology, the extreme events of network groups, the irrational anonymous speech confrontation among Internet users and so on have occurred time and again, and there are countless kinds of false information, and various kinds of network contradictions and conflicts continue to occur. Seriously affects the network normal order maintenance and the populace political identity deepening. In the face of this situation, how to make full use of the positive effects of the Internet ecology, overcome its negative effects to guide and deepen the political identity of the people, and consolidate social consensus, It is of great significance to maintain and develop the social and political order of stability and unity. This paper attempts to cut into the four factors of popular political participation, interest differentiation and conflict, people's life satisfaction and the influence of traditional thought and western thought, and has a basic grasp of the real situation of people's political identity in the public domain of network. This paper discusses the problems and causes of the deepening of political identity, from the perspective of the government, network media and the public, and actively explores the scientific and effective realistic way to deepen the political identity of the people in the public domain of the network, from the perspectives of the government, the network media and the public. Co-construction for the creation of a good political identity of the environment to contribute to the strength. Under the guidance of the spirit of the relevant documents of the country, the Party and the government, this paper, based on the Marxist standpoint and viewpoint, ensures the scientific nature and feasibility of the research through the methods of literature, empirical analysis and multi-disciplinary comprehensive research.
