【摘要】：正迄今為止,民粹主義經(jīng)過(guò)了三次浪潮。第一次民粹主義浪潮出現(xiàn)于19世紀(jì)下半葉,幾乎在北美和東歐同時(shí)興起。20世紀(jì)60、70年代,民粹主義的旋風(fēng)差不多刮遍了世界五大洲,興起了第二次高潮。20世紀(jì)末人類(lèi)進(jìn)入全球化時(shí)代后,民粹主義再度在東西兩半球,尤其在拉美、東歐和北美,成為人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),從而形成民粹主義的第三次高潮。新一輪民粹主義高潮有幾個(gè)明顯特征,最突出的特征是它在許多西方發(fā)
[Abstract]:So far, populism has gone through three waves. The first wave of populism emerged in the second half of the 19th century, almost at the same time in North America and Eastern Europe. In the 1960s and 1970s, the whirlwind of populism swept almost five continents around the world. At the end of the 20th century, when mankind entered the era of globalization, populism once again became the focus of attention in the eastern and western hemispheres, especially in Latin America, Eastern Europe and North America, thus forming the third climax of populism.
