【摘要】：資本主義自誕生以來經(jīng)歷了多次深刻的危機(jī),但一再從危機(jī)中脫身。資本主義能一次次從危機(jī)中解脫的根本原因,在于其有一套相對(duì)完善的自我調(diào)整機(jī)制,這套機(jī)制的核心是資本邏輯的彈性。資本主義對(duì)1929-1933年的"大蕭條"危機(jī)、1970年代到1980年代的"滯脹"危機(jī)、2008年開始的國(guó)際金融危機(jī)這三次大危機(jī)的應(yīng)對(duì),突出反映了資本邏輯的彈性。這種彈性主要表現(xiàn)在資本邏輯的收縮能力、擴(kuò)張能力與動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)變能力三個(gè)方面,其重點(diǎn)分別是需求調(diào)節(jié)、供給調(diào)節(jié)和綜合調(diào)節(jié),分別對(duì)應(yīng)著資本主義的制動(dòng)機(jī)制、動(dòng)力機(jī)制和平衡機(jī)制,三者共同構(gòu)成了抑制巨大周期波動(dòng)、穩(wěn)定資本主義運(yùn)行的負(fù)反饋機(jī)制。雖然資本邏輯的彈性一次次從危機(jī)中挽救了資本主義,但這三種能力有其各自限度,而且三種能力的總體彈性有一個(gè)最終限度,即資本自身。資本邏輯彈性對(duì)資本主義的每一次拯救,并沒有解除資本主義的基本矛盾,在表面上緩解危機(jī)的同時(shí),又為更深層次的危機(jī)埋下了隱患,壓縮了資本主義的回旋余地,把資本主義進(jìn)一步推向其自身的歷史極限。
[Abstract]:Capitalism has experienced many deep crises since its birth, but again and again escaped from the crisis. The fundamental reason that capitalism can extricate itself from crisis time after time is that it has a relatively perfect self-adjustment mechanism, the core of which is the flexibility of capital logic. Capitalism's response to the "Great Depression" crisis of 1929-1933, the stagflation crisis from 1970s to 1980s, and the international financial crisis that began in 2008, highlight the flexibility of capital logic. This elasticity is mainly manifested in the three aspects of capital logic, such as contractility, expansion ability and dynamic strain ability, which focus on demand regulation, supply regulation and comprehensive adjustment, respectively, corresponding to the braking mechanism of capitalism. The dynamic mechanism and the equilibrium mechanism together constitute the negative feedback mechanism to restrain the huge periodic fluctuation and stabilize the capitalist operation. Although the elasticity of capital logic has saved capitalism from the crisis time and again, these three abilities have their own limits, and the overall flexibility of the three capabilities has a final limit, namely, capital itself. Every time that capital logic elasticity saves capitalism, it does not lift the basic contradiction of capitalism. It alleviates the crisis on the surface, at the same time, it lays hidden trouble for the deeper crisis and compresses the leeway of capitalism. Push capitalism further to its own historical limits.
