【摘要】：合法性理論是政治學(xué)理論的一個(gè)重要組成部分,和國(guó)家政治生活有著密不可分的關(guān)系。研究合法性理論本身就是研究國(guó)家政權(quán)成敗、興衰的政治現(xiàn)象的理論。自從人類(lèi)社會(huì)出現(xiàn)國(guó)家、進(jìn)入政治社會(huì)以來(lái),人們也就開(kāi)始了對(duì)政治合法性問(wèn)題的思考。韋伯明確提出合法性概念以后,合法性問(wèn)題受到廣泛關(guān)注,社會(huì)學(xué)和法學(xué)學(xué)者開(kāi)始大量討論合法性問(wèn)題。哈貝馬斯在懷疑韋伯的合法性理論的基礎(chǔ)之上,建立了自己的理論體系。本文旨在梳理韋伯與哈貝馬斯的合法性理論的內(nèi)容與演變過(guò)程,并對(duì)其理論價(jià)值提出些許淺見(jiàn),以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:Legitimacy theory is an important part of political science theory and has a close relationship with national political life. To study the theory of legitimacy is to study the political phenomenon of the success or failure of the state power, the rise and fall of the political phenomenon. Since the emergence of a country and a political society, people have begun to think about the issue of political legitimacy. After Weber put forward the concept of legality, the issue of legality was paid more and more attention, and scholars of sociology and law began to discuss the issue of legality. Habermas established his own theoretical system on the basis of doubting Weber's theory of legitimacy. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the content and evolution of Weber's and Habermas's theory of legitimacy, and to offer some views on its theoretical value.
