論民主資本化對法治社會與政治空間的影響——讀朗西�！秾γ裰髦蕖返乃伎�

【摘要】：民主的本義是"人民的權(quán)力",這種權(quán)力容易由于私利而集結(jié),也容易因為"無知"而狂躁,更容易因為缺乏信念而改變陣營。行使人民主權(quán)成為了一種消費,民主人的利益被正當(dāng)化為社會的公共利益,個人主義的人性觀替代了社會責(zé)任的倫理觀,并被選舉制催化為合法的產(chǎn)物。在民主資本的催化下,無差異的治理掩蓋了有差別的政治,國家的控制形式與政治的治理原則之間的區(qū)別越來越模糊。
[Abstract]:The essence of democracy is "people's power". This power is easy to assemble because of private interests, easy to be manic because of "ignorance" and easy to change camp because of lack of faith. Under the catalysis of democratic capital, undifferentiated governance masks differentiated politics, and the distinction between state control forms and political governance principles is becoming increasingly blurred.
