【摘要】：隨著全球化的深度展開,國家間競爭加劇,國家形態(tài)與時俱進,在這個過程中,凸顯出國家規(guī)模的可優(yōu)化性。原來相對靜態(tài)的國家規(guī)模成為一個可變項,并被相關(guān)國家理性地運用為國家間競爭的必要方式。鑒于漢語“國家規(guī)�！币辉~的籠統(tǒng)性,筆者選用英語中"country"、"state"、"nation"代替漢語表述的“國家”概念的三個層面,分別建立研究國家規(guī)模問題的‘'country"視角、"state"視角和‘'nation"視角,研究了不同視角下的國家規(guī)模的可優(yōu)化性,以及對于中國國家發(fā)展的啟示。首先,從"country"視角看規(guī)模,由于全球化的發(fā)展對傳統(tǒng)國家概念的沖擊,邊疆變得富有彈性,讓人們開始重新審視這一視角下的規(guī)模對于當今各國存在與發(fā)展的意義。對此,我們深化相關(guān)理論研究,深度把握全球化國家規(guī)模發(fā)展趨勢,闡明"country"視角中優(yōu)化國家規(guī)模的實際意義。其次,從"state"視角看規(guī)模,面對“來勢洶洶“的全球化,各國得以繼續(xù)生存的主要前提不僅僅是關(guān)注國內(nèi)還需放眼于外界。為更好的面對這一挑戰(zhàn),各國開始淡化疆域概念強調(diào)“合縱聯(lián)橫”,國家界限開始模糊出現(xiàn)“相對主權(quán)”和“主權(quán)讓渡”的苗頭。為了更好的促進國家發(fā)展,提高國家實力,我們需深入了解國家規(guī)模新的內(nèi)涵與意義。最后,從‘"nation"視角看規(guī)模,民族與文化是國家的靈魂,是全球化時代各國文化軟實力重要組成部分。民族認同范圍的收放與民族凝聚力的強弱,成為發(fā)展國家戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the competition between countries intensifies, and the national form keeps pace with the times. In this process, the optimality of national scale is highlighted. The relatively static scale of the country becomes a variable and is used rationally by the countries concerned as a necessary way to compete between countries. In view of the generality of the word "national scale" in Chinese, the author chooses "country", "state" and "nation" in English instead of the three levels of the concept of "state" as expressed in Chinese, and establishes the perspective of "country", "state" and "state" respectively. This paper studies the optimizability of national scale from different perspectives and the enlightenment to China's national development. First of all, from the perspective of "country", because of the impact of the development of globalization on the traditional concept of the state, the frontier becomes flexible, which makes people begin to re-examine the significance of the scale for the existence and development of countries today. In view of this, we deepen the relevant theoretical research, deeply grasp the trend of the scale development of the globalized countries, and clarify the practical significance of optimizing the national scale from the perspective of "country". Secondly, from the perspective of "state", in the face of "fierce" globalization, the main premise for countries to continue to survive is not only to pay attention to the domestic but also to look at the outside world. In order to better face this challenge, countries began to desalinate the concept of territory and stressed the "joint vertical horizontal", the national boundaries began to blur the emergence of "relative sovereignty" and "sovereignty transfer". In order to better promote national development and improve national strength, we need to understand the new connotation and significance of national scale. Finally, from the perspective of "nation", the nation and culture are the soul of the country and an important part of the cultural soft power in the era of globalization. The scope of national identity and the strength of national cohesion have become an important part of the development of national strategy.
