從推動對外開放探析谷牧的政策執(zhí)行思想

【摘要】：在1978年到1988年分管對外工作的十年間,谷牧深刻領(lǐng)會中央改革開放政策精神,堅(jiān)持政策執(zhí)行的原則性與靈活性有機(jī)結(jié)合,創(chuàng)造良好執(zhí)行環(huán)境,注重執(zhí)行人員作用,成功將對外開放政策貫徹落實(shí),為改革開放深入發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:During the 10 years between 1978 and 1988, when he was in charge of external work, Gu Mu deeply grasped the spirit of the Central Committee's reform and opening up policy, adhered to the organic combination of principles and flexibility in policy implementation, created a good implementation environment, and paid attention to the role of the executive personnel. The successful implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world laid the foundation for further development of reform and opening up.
