【摘要】：德治思想是儒家學(xué)派最基本的主張,是儒家文化中的核心和精髓。儒家思想認(rèn)為,德治較于法治更重視和諧、主動(dòng),通過(guò)道德的力量感化和教育人是教育的高級(jí)境界。儒家德治思想包含了"為政以德"、"為政在人"、"寓政于德"和"修身為本"等內(nèi)容。高校思想政治教育工作應(yīng)借鑒儒家德治思想精髓,通過(guò)提高思想政治教育者的個(gè)人素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)人文底蘊(yùn)、創(chuàng)新工作理念,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The thought of rule by virtue is the most basic idea of Confucian school and the core and essence of Confucian culture. The Confucian thought holds that the rule of virtue is more important than the rule of law, and it is the higher realm of education to influence and educate people through the strength of morality. The Confucian thought of ruling by morality includes such contents as "to govern by virtue", "to govern by man", "to combine politics with Yu De" and "to cultivate oneself." The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should draw lessons from the quintessence of the Confucian rule of virtue, improve the personal quality of ideological and political educators, strengthen the humanistic background, innovate the working idea, and finally realize the goal of higher education.
