【摘要】：禮法合治思想作為我國古代重要的治國方略,時至今日仍具有重要的時代價值和積極意義。傳承禮法合治思想,并實現(xiàn)其現(xiàn)代性轉(zhuǎn)化和超越,是提升國家治理能力現(xiàn)代化的題中之義。要通過堅持依法治國和以德治國方略相結(jié)合,培育法律信仰,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)禮法合治思想的現(xiàn)代性轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:As an important strategy of ruling the country in ancient China, the thought of rule of propriety and law is still of great value and positive significance. Inheriting the thought of combination of etiquette and law, and realizing its modern transformation and transcendence, is the meaning of the modernization of national governance ability. We should combine the rule of law with the strategy of ruling the country by virtue, cultivate the belief of law, and realize the modern transformation of the thought of rule of propriety and law.
