【摘要】：中國在改革開放后，，轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐大大加快，30余年社會劇烈的變遷，使我國社會發(fā)生巨大變化的同時，我國公民的社會政治心理也在劇變、改造、重塑中而呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征，從主流看，主要表現(xiàn)為政治認(rèn)同感增強(qiáng)、政治認(rèn)知度高、政治參與意識強(qiáng)化以及政治態(tài)度趨于積極。但是社會急劇轉(zhuǎn)型引起的結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)軌、利益調(diào)整使我國原有的社會結(jié)構(gòu)、利益格局正在發(fā)生深刻的變化，這種巨變與不確定性使社會問題頻繁發(fā)生，人們的社會政治心理問題也大量凸顯，表現(xiàn)為政治動機(jī)的功利性、政治認(rèn)知水平的差異性以及政治參與熱情冷熱不均。 分析目前消極社會政治心理產(chǎn)生的原因以及提出相應(yīng)的化解對策，在深化改革開放、構(gòu)建和諧社會的關(guān)鍵時期，顯的緊迫而重要。社會主流政治心理呈現(xiàn)良性態(tài)勢主要歸因于我國執(zhí)政黨及政府政績的顯著成果、制度政策的建立與逐步完善以及公民政治認(rèn)知水平的提高。而社會負(fù)向政治心理形成的原因主要表現(xiàn)為市場經(jīng)濟(jì)“斤斤計較”的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn)、多元文化的折射以及消極社會現(xiàn)象的干擾等。 針對目前存在的負(fù)向社會政治心理，可以通過政治心理的現(xiàn)代化來優(yōu)化。通過創(chuàng)新利益均衡制度、健全政治權(quán)力運(yùn)行機(jī)制來為公民提供公平正義、風(fēng)情廉政的客觀社會環(huán)境；通過培育公民自身的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)以及對傳統(tǒng)文化中整體至上、集體主義的溫習(xí)來營造公民現(xiàn)代政治心理形成的主觀人文環(huán)境，而最終形成與時俱進(jìn)、積極有序、理性和諧的現(xiàn)代社會政治心理。
[Abstract]:After China ' s reform and opening - up , the pace of transformation has been greatly accelerated . At the same time , the social and political psychology of our citizens has changed greatly . At the same time , the social and political psychology of our citizens has changed greatly .
This paper analyzes the causes of negative social and political psychology and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures , which is of great urgency and importance in the key period of deepening reform and opening and building a harmonious society . The positive situation of the mainstream political psychology of society is mainly due to the remarkable achievements of the ruling party and the government performance of our country , the establishment of the system policy and the improvement of the level of citizen ' s political cognition .
Aiming at the present negative social and political psychology , it can be optimized through the modernization of political psychology . Through the innovation of the equilibrium system of benefits , the operation mechanism of the political power is perfected to provide the citizens with objective social environment of fairness and justice and good governance ;
Through the cultivation of the citizen ' s own scientific accomplishment and the whole supremacy in the traditional culture , the practice of collective doctrine creates the subjective humanistic environment of the citizen ' s modern political psychology , and finally forms the modern social and political psychology with the times , active and orderly , rational and harmonious .
