【摘要】：1989年劇變后,中東歐國家的政黨政治轉型以西方政治模式為模板,將"標配版"的西方民主制度移植到本國,在政黨制度、政府體制、選舉制度等方面逐步向西方看齊,成為"第三波"民主化浪潮中的代表。但是,近30年來,中東歐國家的民主化實踐也暴露出了一些問題。僅就政黨政治而言,因受歐洲懷疑主義、民粹主義、極右翼思潮等的影響,中東歐國家政黨政治的本土化色彩日益明顯,西方模式在這些國家開始顯現出諸多"水土不服"的跡象。中東歐國家的經驗表明,各國應該根據本國國情選擇適合的政治制度。
[Abstract]:After the dramatic changes in 1989, the political transformation of political parties in Central and Eastern European countries took the western political model as a model and transplanted the "standard edition" of western democratic systems to their own countries, and gradually brought them into line with the Western countries in the party system, government system, election system, and so on. To become a representative of the third wave of democratization. However, in the past 30 years, the practice of democratization in Central and Eastern Europe has exposed some problems. As far as party politics is concerned, due to the influence of European skepticism, populism, and far-right ideological trends, the localization of party politics in Central and Eastern European countries has become increasingly evident. The Western model is beginning to show signs of unacceptability in these countries. The experience of the central and eastern European countries shows that each country should choose the appropriate political system according to its own national conditions.
