【摘要】：密里本德認為,英國的統(tǒng)治階級為了在民主背景下實現(xiàn)階級統(tǒng)治,維護自身利益,一種有效的實現(xiàn)方式是通過在全社會范圍內構筑阻止附屬階級真正享有民主的壁壘。這種民主壁壘主要有三種形式,即主體壁壘、制度壁壘和意識形態(tài)壁壘。密里本德對英國資本主義民主制的批判,對我國的社會主義民主建設具有一定的現(xiàn)實啟示:應當客觀、理性、全面地看待資本主義民主制,增強社會主義民主建設的自信心、吸引力,注重"文化領導權"的建設和運用。
[Abstract]:According to Milebender, one of the effective ways for the ruling class of Britain to realize class rule and safeguard its own interests under the democratic background is to build a barrier to prevent the subordinate class from enjoying democracy in the whole society. This kind of democratic barrier mainly has three forms, namely the main body barrier, the system barrier and the ideology barrier. Milebender's criticism of the British capitalist democracy has certain realistic enlightenment to the socialist democratic construction of our country: we should treat the capitalist democracy objectively, rationally and comprehensively, and strengthen the self-confidence of the socialist democratic construction. Attraction, pay attention to the construction and application of "cultural leadership".
