【摘要】： 共和作為政治的核心價值,在西方具有源遠流長的歷史,伴隨著共和主義的復興,共和與共和價值相關(guān)的談論的探求目前已經(jīng)在歷史、理論和實踐諸層面全方位展開,其發(fā)展勢頭方興未艾。本文從分析西方歷史進程中共和政體發(fā)展的三個階段和我國近現(xiàn)代共和理論的相關(guān)探討這兩個方面對共和價值進行闡述,其中著重對西方共和政體的共和價值進行總結(jié)和分析。 西方的共和政體演變可劃分為三個歷史階段,即古典時期的共和政體(典型代表：古希臘、古羅馬)；中世紀的共和政體(典型代表：威尼斯、佛羅倫薩)；現(xiàn)代共和政體(典型代表：英國、美國)。對共和政體的演變進行歷時態(tài)的考察,使我們能夠直觀地把握西方共和價值演變過程中的內(nèi)在規(guī)律和特點；對共和政體演變的進行共時態(tài)考察,有助于我們能夠把握共和價值在同一歷史時期不同中政體演變過程所呈現(xiàn)出的規(guī)律性,從而更好的把握共和價值的發(fā)展和演變。考察西方共和價值的演變歷程對我國社會主義政治核心價值體系的構(gòu)建有著重要的實際意義。首先,能為我國政治核心價值體系的構(gòu)建提供方法論支撐。其次,有助于避免在政治核心價值體系的構(gòu)建中走彎路,能為我國和諧社會提供發(fā)展和解決社會問題的思路,為我國和諧社會建設(shè)的實踐提供一定的思路和理論參考。
[Abstract]:Republicanism, as the core value of politics, has a long history in the West. With the revival of republicanism, the exploration of Republican and Republican value related discussions has been carried out in all aspects of history, theory and practice. Its development momentum is in the ascendant. This paper expounds the Republican value from the analysis of the three stages of the development of the Communist Party of China and the political system in the western historical process and the relevant discussion of the modern Republican theory of our country, in which the Republican value of the western Republican polity is summarized and analyzed. The evolution of western republicanism can be divided into three historical stages: the republicanism in the classical period (typical representation: ancient Greece, ancient Rome), the republic in the Middle Ages (typical representative: Venice, Florence); A modern republic (typically represented by: Britain, United States). The historical investigation of the evolution of the Republican regime enables us to grasp the inherent laws and characteristics of the evolution of the Republican value in the West intuitively, and to investigate the evolution of the Republican regime in the common tense. It is helpful for us to grasp the regularity of the evolution of Republican value in different political systems in the same historical period, so as to better grasp the development and evolution of Republican value. It is of great practical significance to investigate the evolution of the western Republican value for the construction of the core value system of socialist politics in China. Firstly, it can provide methodological support for the construction of political core value system in China. Secondly, it is helpful to avoid the detours in the construction of the political core value system, to provide the idea of developing and solving the social problems for the harmonious society of our country, and to provide some ideas and theoretical references for the practice of the construction of the harmonious society in our country.
