【摘要】：正一、從非洲和美國說起2012年10月份,我有機(jī)會去非洲參加了第二屆中非智庫論壇,隨后又去美國考察了美國大選。在埃塞俄比亞,與會的個別非洲學(xué)者大談非洲市民社會、民主轉(zhuǎn)型等問題。會場設(shè)在亞的斯亞貝巴郊區(qū)一個度假村,走出會場,就會見到許多生活在底層的貧苦百姓,會場內(nèi)的民主話題和會場外的民生實(shí)態(tài)形成鮮明對比,不由得想到書本知識與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界之間的巨大差
[Abstract]:First, starting with Africa and the United States, in October 2012, I had the opportunity to travel to Africa to participate in the second China-Africa think tank forum, and then to visit the United States to examine the United States election. In Ethiopia, individual African scholars discussed issues such as civil society and democratic transition in Africa. The venue is located at a resort on the outskirts of Addis Ababa. When you walk out of the venue, you will see many poor people living at the bottom of the hall. The topic of democracy in the venue is in sharp contrast to the reality of people's livelihood outside the venue. I can't help thinking about the huge difference between book knowledge and the real world.
