【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始,國(guó)外學(xué)者陸續(xù)從財(cái)富分配的視角來(lái)重新解讀民主化,并形成了系統(tǒng)的"再分配主義理論"。該理論認(rèn)為在經(jīng)濟(jì)不平等的社會(huì)中,不同階級(jí)在再分配問(wèn)題上存在著鮮明的對(duì)立與沖突,而民主制度能否建立取決于政治精英對(duì)民主化的態(tài)度選擇。部分學(xué)者對(duì)這一研究路徑進(jìn)行了批判,認(rèn)為"再分配主義理論"并不能有效解釋全部的民主化案例,并對(duì)民主國(guó)家是否必然實(shí)行有利于廣大選民的再分配政策提出疑問(wèn)。同時(shí)還有學(xué)者指出該理論的分析模型存在諸多瑕疵,甚至進(jìn)一步提出了相應(yīng)的替代性解釋。"再分配主義理論"譜系的學(xué)者對(duì)各種批評(píng)作出了回應(yīng),如最近提出的"金融一體化"、"不平等結(jié)構(gòu)論"以及轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中的精英軟弱等理論,試圖為民主化的"再分配主義理論"進(jìn)行辯護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, foreign scholars have reinterpreted democratization from the perspective of wealth distribution, and formed a systematic theory of redistribution. The theory holds that in the society of economic inequality, there are distinct opposites and conflicts between different classes in the problem of redistribution, and whether the democratic system can be established depends on the attitude of the political elite to democratization. Some scholars criticize this research path and think that "redistributionism theory" can not explain all the cases of democratization effectively, and question whether it is necessary for the democratic countries to implement the redistribution policy in favor of the vast majority of voters. At the same time, some scholars point out that the analytical model of this theory has many defects, and even put forward the corresponding alternative explanation. " Scholars of the genealogy of redistributionism have responded to various criticisms, such as the recently proposed theories of "financial integration", "unequal structure", and the weakness of the elite in the process of transformation. Try to defend the democratic theory of redistribution.
