【摘要】：從公民身份出發(fā)建構(gòu)國(guó)家認(rèn)同是個(gè)體與國(guó)家的雙重選擇。對(duì)個(gè)體來說,現(xiàn)代國(guó)家認(rèn)同是從其擁有的公民身份出發(fā)的;對(duì)國(guó)家而言,公民身份是其國(guó)家認(rèn)同建構(gòu)的重要內(nèi)容。其中,公民身份作為一系列權(quán)利的集合被賦予和創(chuàng)設(shè)的過程是國(guó)家認(rèn)同在政權(quán)系統(tǒng)層面的建構(gòu);公民身份作為一系列觀念的集合被奉行和實(shí)踐的過程是國(guó)家認(rèn)同在價(jià)值信仰層面的建構(gòu)。在公民身份視閾下,中國(guó)的國(guó)家認(rèn)同建構(gòu)邏輯體現(xiàn)為,在建構(gòu)主體上遵循"黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與多元主體有機(jī)互動(dòng)"相結(jié)合的邏輯;在實(shí)踐過程上遵循"制度性賦權(quán)與公民性塑造"相結(jié)合的邏輯;在檢視標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上遵循"權(quán)利均衡發(fā)展與公民觀念深入"相結(jié)合的邏輯。依此邏輯理路,以公民身份權(quán)利制度化為根本,以公民教育為基礎(chǔ)是中國(guó)國(guó)家認(rèn)同的建構(gòu)路徑。
[Abstract]:It is the dual choice of individual and state to construct national identity from citizenship. For individuals, modern national identity is based on its own citizenship, and for the state, citizenship is an important content of its national identity construction. Among them, the process of citizenship being endowed and created as a collection of rights is the construction of national identity at the level of regime system. Citizenship, as a collection of ideas, is the process of the construction of national identity at the level of value belief. From the perspective of citizenship, the construction logic of China's national identity is embodied in the logic of "the organic interaction between the leadership of the Party and the pluralistic subject" in the construction of the subject; It follows the logic of "institutional empowerment and citizenship shaping" in practice and the logic of "balanced development of rights and deepening of citizenship concept" in examining standards. According to this logic, institutionalization of citizenship rights is the foundation and citizenship education is the construction path of China's national identity.
