【摘要】：本文通過對古典政治哲學(xué)關(guān)于人類特性思考的重新理解,提出世界公民理論的價值、合法性與可行性,分析世界公民理論所帶來的對權(quán)利、正義等概念,并參考目前的世界性組織,結(jié)合中國傳統(tǒng)思想與世界主義理念相契合之處,思考中國國民參與全球性事務(wù)的要求和途徑。第一部分梳理了世界公民理論的產(chǎn)生基礎(chǔ)——世界主義理論及其社會根源。在對世界主義的概念性考察中,區(qū)分了西方世界主義概念發(fā)展的不同階段,得出世界主義理想在人類歷史發(fā)展中始終占有一席之地,并在當前全球化趨勢下具有重要意義的結(jié)論。另外,本文在世界主義理論發(fā)展脈絡(luò)中發(fā)現(xiàn)了世界公民理論、世界公民社會、世界政府、世界法律等觀念的雛形。關(guān)于世界主義實踐也作了古代與現(xiàn)代區(qū)分,這利于下文中對古代世界公民主義和現(xiàn)代世界公民主義之間區(qū)別的理解。第二部分為論文主體與核心。這一部分重點考察了世界公民理論的內(nèi)容,包括微觀意義上的世界公民和宏觀意義上的世界公民社會。本文注重阿倫特對古典政治哲學(xué)理想的重現(xiàn),明確了古代語境中的“政治”與現(xiàn)代語境中的“政治”的不同指向。古典政治哲學(xué)對于政治的理解是公共和道德取向的,而現(xiàn)代意義上的政治則帶有私人和功利取向。西方古代思想家提出的人的政治性是人擁有美好生活的條件。在此意義上,本文批判了當前作為政治事務(wù)中重要內(nèi)容的經(jīng)濟因素對人類政治生活和公共領(lǐng)域的摧毀,從而探討世界公民及組建世界公民社會對于當下世界的意義與可行性。關(guān)于世界公民的實踐中,本文區(qū)分了關(guān)于世界公民的政治實踐與價值實踐,根據(jù)古典政治哲學(xué)的理解,將世界公民歸述為一種價值實踐。第三部分包括文章第三至第五章內(nèi)容。這部分內(nèi)容主要分析了世界公民理論所產(chǎn)生的影響和面臨的質(zhì)疑,并針對世界公民理論如何在當前全球化背景下得以實現(xiàn),提出兩方面方案。一為建構(gòu)世界范圍內(nèi)的社群與公共空間,二為實現(xiàn)世界公民教育。最后,本文通過分析中國古代“天下主義”的儒家思想,來探討這一源自西方世界的理論對于中國的適用性。
[Abstract]:Through the re-understanding of classical political philosophy about the human characteristics, this paper puts forward the value, legitimacy and feasibility of the theory of world citizenship, and analyzes the concepts of right and justice brought about by the theory of world citizenship. Referring to the current world organizations and combining the traditional Chinese thought with the cosmopolitanism, the author thinks about the requirements and ways for Chinese people to participate in global affairs. The first part combs the foundation of the world citizenship theory-cosmopolitanism theory and its social origin. In the conceptual investigation of cosmopolitanism, the author distinguishes the different stages of the development of the concept of cosmopolitanism in the west, and concludes that cosmopolitanism has always occupied a place in the development of human history. And in the current trend of globalization has an important conclusion. In addition, in the development of cosmopolitanism, this paper finds the rudiments of the concepts of world citizenship theory, world civil society, world government, world law and so on. The practice of cosmopolitanism is also distinguished between ancient and modern, which is beneficial to the understanding of the distinction between ancient world citizenship and modern world citizenship. The second part is the subject and core of the thesis. This part focuses on the content of the theory of world citizenship, including the microscopic sense of the world citizen and the macro sense of the world civil society. This paper focuses on Arendt's reappearance of the ideal of classical political philosophy, and clarifies the different directions of "politics" in the ancient context and "politics" in the modern context. The understanding of politics in classical political philosophy is public and moral, while politics in the modern sense is private and utilitarian. Western ancient thinkers put forward that the political nature of human beings is the conditions for people to have a good life. In this sense, this paper criticizes the destruction of human political life and public sphere by the economic factors, which is an important part of political affairs, and probes into the significance and feasibility of world citizens and the establishment of world civil society for the present world. In the practice of the world citizen, this paper distinguishes the political practice and the value practice about the world citizen, according to the understanding of the classical political philosophy, classifies the world citizen as a kind of value practice. The third part includes the contents of the third to fifth chapters. This part mainly analyzes the impact of the theory of world citizenship and challenges it faces, and puts forward two solutions to how the theory of world citizenship can be realized under the background of current globalization. One is to construct the community and public space in the world, the other is to realize the world civic education. Finally, this paper discusses the applicability of this theory from the western world to China through the analysis of the Confucian thought of "the world doctrine" in ancient China.
