【摘要】：正2013年11月9日至10日,南開(kāi)大學(xué)當(dāng)代中國(guó)問(wèn)題研究院主辦的"協(xié)商民主理論與實(shí)踐國(guó)際研討會(huì)"在天津召開(kāi),來(lái)自海內(nèi)外50余名專(zhuān)家學(xué)者圍繞協(xié)商民主的理論與實(shí)踐在發(fā)展中所面臨的主要問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了熱烈的討論。研討會(huì)上,學(xué)者們各抒己見(jiàn),相互磋商,發(fā)表了許多新的見(jiàn)解。一、協(xié)商民主在民主政治發(fā)展中的意義與會(huì)學(xué)者普遍認(rèn)為,協(xié)商民主是民主化進(jìn)程自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在邏輯,應(yīng)當(dāng)在民主化的歷史進(jìn)程中定位當(dāng)
[Abstract]:From 9 to 10 November 2013, the International Seminar on the Theory and practice of Consultative Democracy, sponsored by the Institute of Contemporary China Studies of Nankai University, was held in Tianjin. More than 50 experts and scholars from home and abroad discussed the main problems in the development of the theory and practice of deliberative democracy. At the seminar, scholars expressed their own views, consulted each other and expressed many new ideas. First, the significance of deliberative democracy in the development of democratic politics the participants generally held that consultative democracy is the internal logic of the process of democratization itself, and should be positioned in the historical process of democratization.
