【摘要】：協(xié)商民主理論是一種新興的規(guī)范性民主理論,作為一種政治理論,協(xié)商民主理論以自由主義民主理論、共和主義民主理論以及批判理論作為其理論根源,吸收了三種理論的合理價(jià)值,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成了自己的理論體系,并成為西方民主理論體系的新發(fā)展。此外,協(xié)商民主理論并沒(méi)有停留在理論研究的范疇,而是將其理論應(yīng)用于政治實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域,彌補(bǔ)了自由主義代議制民主制度的缺陷,回應(yīng)了對(duì)于民主制度的諸多挑戰(zhàn)。協(xié)商民主理論正在實(shí)現(xiàn)理論和實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域的全面發(fā)展。 本文主要研究的是美國(guó)學(xué)者阿米·古特曼和丹尼斯·湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想,古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想是在多元視角下研究協(xié)商民主理論的典型范例,古特曼和湯普森將公共政策中的道德分歧問(wèn)題作為其協(xié)商民主理論研究的切入點(diǎn),在政治實(shí)踐和政策語(yǔ)境下探討了協(xié)商民主的內(nèi)容,確立了作為協(xié)商民主條件的三項(xiàng)原則和支配協(xié)商民主內(nèi)容的三項(xiàng)原則,古特曼和湯普森認(rèn)為這些原則構(gòu)成了協(xié)商民主的主要內(nèi)容。 本文將以四章的篇幅闡述古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想,第一章闡述古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想的理論來(lái)源;第二章闡述了古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想的切入點(diǎn),即公共政策中的道德分歧問(wèn)題,以及古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想對(duì)于這一問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì);第三章論述了古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想的主要內(nèi)容;第四章闡述了對(duì)于古特曼和湯普森的協(xié)商民主思想的評(píng)價(jià)及其現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。
[Abstract]:The theory of deliberative democracy is a new normative theory of democracy. As a political theory, the theory of deliberative democracy is rooted in liberal democracy theory, Republican democratic theory and critical theory. On the basis of absorbing the reasonable value of the three theories, it forms its own theoretical system and becomes the new development of the western democratic theory system. In addition, the theory of deliberative democracy does not stay in the category of theoretical research, but applies its theory to political practice, which makes up for the defects of the liberal representative democracy and responds to many challenges to the democratic system. The theory of deliberative democracy is developing in an all-round way in both theoretical and practical fields. This paper focuses on the American scholars Amie Gutman and Dennis Thompson's theory of deliberative democracy. Gutman and Thompson's thought of deliberative democracy is a typical example of studying the theory of deliberative democracy from a pluralistic perspective. Gutman and Thompson took the issue of moral differences in public policy as the starting point of their theoretical research on deliberative democracy, and discussed the content of deliberative democracy in the context of political practice and policy. It establishes three principles as the condition of deliberative democracy and three principles governing the content of deliberative democracy. Gutman and Thompson believe that these principles constitute the main content of deliberative democracy. This paper will expound Gutman and Thompson's thought of deliberative democracy in four chapters, the first chapter will explain the theoretical source of Gutman and Thompson's thought of deliberative democracy, the second chapter will expound the breakthrough point of Gutman and Thompson's thought of deliberative democracy. The third chapter discusses the main contents of Gutman and Thompson's deliberative democracy. The fourth chapter expounds the evaluation of Gutman and Thompson's thought of deliberative democracy and its practical enlightenment.
