【摘要】：從并購經(jīng)驗、政治風(fēng)險因素出發(fā),對2002年至2016年間1448起中國企業(yè)進(jìn)行跨國并購時是否選擇多元化并購進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗。實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國企業(yè)的并購經(jīng)驗越多,其在并購時更傾向于多元化并購。同時,東道國政治風(fēng)險是影響并購雙方行業(yè)一致性的重要因素,政治風(fēng)險越高,其并購時也更傾向于多元化并購。
[Abstract]:Based on the experience of M & A and political risk factors, this paper makes an empirical test on whether 1448 Chinese enterprises choose diversified M & A from 2002 to 2016. The empirical study shows that the more M & A experience of Chinese enterprises, the more diversified M & A. At the same time, the political risk of host country is an important factor that affects the trade consistency of both sides of M & A. The higher the political risk is, the more diversified M & A is.
