【摘要】：群體性事件是任何一個國家須正視的問題�，F(xiàn)階段中國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，帶有明顯的社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的特征：原有的利益格局已被破壞，而新的利益均衡機制還未完全建立起來。在經(jīng)濟、政治、文化和社會生活等領(lǐng)域發(fā)生深刻變化的同時，各種錯綜復(fù)雜的社會矛盾也日益增加和激化，，由此產(chǎn)生的群體性事件的數(shù)量不斷激增。新的歷史條件下，群體性事件表現(xiàn)出了新的特征，如參與主體變化、“無直接利益”者參與增加、現(xiàn)代通訊手段代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)傳播方式、維權(quán)方式多樣化等等。面對這些新特征，積極應(yīng)對錯綜復(fù)雜的局面，有效防范和妥善處置群體性事件，以維護社會穩(wěn)定，已成為當前各級政府的重要任務(wù)。 群體性事件的引發(fā)緣由眾多，本文以政治心理為切入點，探析群體性事件中參與者所表現(xiàn)出來的政治心理。對中央高層的高度政治認同心理以及政治參與意識的高漲等積極政治心理，在群體性事件中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但同時，政治認同弱化、實際政治參與能力低、相對剝奪感蔓延等消極政治心理也促使人們尋求制度外的途徑來解決問題，在群體性事件起著催化劑的作用。并且，政府在疏導民眾消極政治心理過程中也遇到了一些困境，如政治認知的偏差、僵化的傳統(tǒng)政治心理影響與政治冷漠的擴大等，這些使得政府在效預(yù)防群體性事件時受到了阻礙。 基于群體性事件參與者的政治心理現(xiàn)狀和問題，本文試圖從政治認知、政治情感、政治態(tài)度等幾四個角度來尋求預(yù)防和處置群體性事件的新辦法。
[Abstract]:Mass incidents are a problem that any country should face squarely. At the present stage, China is in a period of social transformation, with obvious characteristics of social transformation: the original pattern of interests has been destroyed, but the new mechanism of interest balance has not been fully established. While profound changes have taken place in the fields of economy, politics, culture and social life, various complicated social contradictions are also increasing and intensifying day by day, resulting in a rapid increase in the number of mass events. Under the new historical conditions, group events show new characteristics, such as the change of the main body, the increase of the participation of "no direct benefit", the modern means of communication instead of the traditional means of communication, the diversification of the ways of safeguarding rights, and so on. In the face of these new features, it has become an important task for governments at all levels to actively deal with the complicated situation and to effectively prevent and properly handle mass incidents in order to maintain social stability. There are many causes of mass events. This paper analyzes the political psychology of the participants in group events from the point of view of political psychology. Positive political psychology, such as the high level of political identity and the high consciousness of political participation, plays an important role in mass events. But at the same time, the negative political psychology, such as the weakening of political identity, the low ability of actual political participation and the spread of relative deprivation, also urge people to seek ways out of the system to solve the problem, and play a catalytic role in group events. Moreover, the government has also encountered some difficulties in the process of unblocking the people's negative political psychology, such as the deviation of political cognition, the rigid influence of traditional political psychology and the expansion of political apathy, etc. This has hampered the government's ability to prevent mass incidents. Based on the present situation and problems of the political psychology of the participants of group events, this paper attempts to seek a new way to prevent and deal with group events from the four angles of political cognition, political emotion and political attitude.
