【摘要】：認(rèn)為"市民社會(huì)"概念在馬克思中后期文本中是個(gè)"消失了的范疇"的說(shuō)法只是一個(gè)"學(xué)術(shù)假象"。馬克思在早期從"關(guān)于整體的一個(gè)混沌的表象"的"市民社會(huì)"中抽象出了作為歷史唯物主義基礎(chǔ)的"市民社會(huì)"概念,在中后期則將以"現(xiàn)代市民社會(huì)"http://www.cnki.com.cn/"現(xiàn)代資產(chǎn)階級(jí)社會(huì)"為具體形象的"現(xiàn)代社會(huì)"概念從一個(gè)描述性的實(shí)存性概念改造成了一個(gè)分析性的本質(zhì)性概念和價(jià)值性概念,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了市民社會(huì)概念的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型。馬克思市民社會(huì)概念的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型既張顯了馬克思主義以現(xiàn)代市民社會(huì)為研究對(duì)象和批判對(duì)象的價(jià)值立場(chǎng)和理論自信,也涵養(yǎng)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義在探索現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律中實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的時(shí)代主題和基本原則。
[Abstract]:The idea that the concept of "civil society" is a "lost category" in Marx's middle and late text is only an "academic illusion". Marx abstracted the concept of "civil society", which was the foundation of historical materialism, from the "civil society" of "a chaotic representation of the whole". In the middle and late period, the concept of "modern society", which takes "modern civil society" "http://www.cnki.com.cn/" and "modern bourgeois society" as its concrete image, has been transformed from a descriptive concept of reality into an analytical concept of essence and value. Thus realized the modern social transformation of the concept of civil society. The modern social transformation of Marx's concept of civil society not only shows the value stand and theoretical self-confidence of Marxism, which takes modern civil society as the object of study and criticism, It also preserves the theme and basic principles of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in exploring the law of the development of modern society of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
