【摘要】：在古典市民社會理論中，理論家都是在政治國家的意義上討論個人利益與普遍利益的一致性。黑格爾將市民社會與政治國家進(jìn)行二元分離，提出追求個人利益的市民社會必然過渡到以追求普遍利益為目的的國家形式。馬克思從批判黑格爾法哲學(xué)出發(fā)，提出“市民社會決定國家”，揭示了市民社會的異化本質(zhì)，即由于私有制和分工的存在，導(dǎo)致個人利益與共同利益出現(xiàn)矛盾，只有共產(chǎn)主義才能消滅分工，它是對私有財產(chǎn)的揚(yáng)棄，是對人的本質(zhì)的復(fù)歸，使人占有自己全面的本質(zhì)，馬克思的市民社會理論構(gòu)成了唯物史觀的重要組成部分。20世紀(jì)的思想家們則將思路轉(zhuǎn)向公共領(lǐng)域問題研究。通過公共領(lǐng)域，相互沖突的個人利益得以并存，，個人利益與普遍利益得以協(xié)調(diào)，因此，公共領(lǐng)域可以說是市民社會從自身發(fā)展起來的克服自身矛盾的社會力量。 沿著這一思路，探討適合中國自己的市民社會，使各種社會組織能夠?qū)⑵渌淼碾A層或集團(tuán)的利益訴求通過合理協(xié)商來實(shí)現(xiàn)，以此調(diào)和好個人利益與普遍利益的矛盾，有效彌補(bǔ)國家力量的不足，使社會危機(jī)有一個緩沖地帶，真正促進(jìn)社會公正的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the classical civil society theory, theorists discuss the consistency between individual interests and general interests in the sense of political state. Hegel separated the civil society from the political state, and proposed that the civil society pursuing the individual interests must transition to the state form with the aim of pursuing the universal interests. Starting from criticizing Hegel's philosophy of law, Marx proposed that "civil society determines the state", which reveals the alienation essence of civil society, that is, because of the existence of private ownership and division of labor, there are contradictions between individual interests and common interests. Only communism can eliminate the division of labor. It is the sublation of private property, the restoration of human nature, and the possession of one's own overall essence. Marx's civil society theory formed an important part of historical materialism. Through the public sphere, the conflicting personal interests can coexist, the personal interests and the general interests can be coordinated. Therefore, the public sphere can be said to be the social strength of the civil society from its own development to overcome its own contradictions. Along this line of thinking, we should explore a civil society suitable for China's own, so that various social organizations can realize the interests of the strata or groups they represent through reasonable consultation, so as to reconcile the contradiction between personal interests and general interests. Effectively make up for the shortage of national strength, so that the social crisis has a buffer zone, really promote the realization of social justice.
