【摘要】：歐洲懷疑主義(Euroscepticism)是一種反對歐洲一體化的思潮,其研究文獻具有深刻的規(guī)范性特征。作為歐洲共同體/歐盟主流研究中"親一體化"背離(pro-integration bias)的結果,歐洲懷疑主義被概念化為一種"邊緣現(xiàn)象"(phenomenon of the periphery)。21世紀初以來,歐洲懷疑主義在歐盟公共輿論和政黨層次上的傳播帶來了對其學術理解的改變,使之從歐洲國內社會和民主政體中的準異常現(xiàn)象,轉變?yōu)橹髁鞯�、持續(xù)的現(xiàn)象�？紤]到這種"主流化"(mainstreaming)所引發(fā)的概念過度擴張的風險,本文通過借鑒對民粹主義概念的類似的學術爭論,以及重新分析由金融危機和歐元區(qū)危機帶來的歐洲懷疑主義論爭,對歐洲懷疑主義的進一步研究提出理論和方法建議。
[Abstract]:Euroscepticism is a trend of thought against European integration, and its research literature has profound normative characteristics.As a result of the "pro-integration" deviation from pro-integration in the mainstream studies of the European Community / EU, European scepticism has been conceptualized as a "marginal phenomenon" since the beginning of the early century.Considering the risk of overexpansion of the concept caused by this "mainstreaming"), this paper draws on a similar academic debate on populist concepts and reanalyses the Euroscepticism debate brought about by the financial crisis and the eurozone crisis.To the further study of European scepticism put forward the theory and method suggestion.
