【摘要】：左翼自由至上主義是一種把自我所有權(quán)與平等主義相結(jié)合的分配正義理論。該理論主張行動主體擁有完整的自我所有權(quán)以及外在資源以平等的方式進(jìn)行分配。由于左翼自由至上主義與自由至上主義以及自由平等主義的分配正義理論具有某些共通之處,因此,唯有認(rèn)真做好以下三項(xiàng)工作,才能認(rèn)清左翼自由至上主義的立論基礎(chǔ)與理論特征:第一,闡明自我所有權(quán)何以是自由至上主義之左翼與右翼的共同基礎(chǔ);第二,闡明左翼自由至上主義與右翼自由至上主義之分歧;第三,闡明左翼自由至上主義何以是自由平等主義一個(gè)獨(dú)立的分支,即它與羅爾斯為代表的自由平等主義之區(qū)別。
[Abstract]:Left-wing liberalism is a theory of distributive justice that combines self-ownership with egalitarianism.The theory claims that the actors have complete self-ownership and external resources are allocated in an equal way.Since the distribution justice theory of the leftist liberalism, liberalism and liberalism, and the theory of free and egalitarian distribution justice have something in common, we can only do the following three things in earnest.In order to recognize the theoretical basis and theoretical characteristics of the liberal supremacy of the left wing: first, to clarify why self-ownership is the common basis of the left and right wing of liberalism; second,It clarifies the differences between leftist liberalism and right-wing liberalism, and third, explains why left-wing liberalism is an independent branch of liberalism, that is, the difference between it and the liberal egalitarianism represented by Rawls.
